Testimonials

Tanya Reilly
Principal Software Engineer at Squarespace
«I love everything about this
conference. I love the content: it has solid, actionable advice for managers and senior ICs. It’s one of the few conferences that really acknowledge that the senior IC path exists and is a thing people might want to do. I love the inclusivity: excellent closed-captioning, a reminder to use camel-case to help screenreaders, pronoun badges, a quiet room where the conference is streamed (with the aforementioned closed-captioning), lanyards that make it clear whether you're ok being photographed, a clear and emphasised code of conduct, and lots of other stuff. Every other conference should follow this model. And now I love the speaker experience too. »
