Nick is infatuated with disasters of all kinds and the amazing things we can learn from them. When he’s not stuck in a Wikipedia binge loop reading about plane crashes, he leads the engineering team at Muve Health, helping build software to improve the joint replacement experience for patients and their caregivers. He works remotely from Austin, TX, and spends his spare time hanging out with his wife and kids, going on runs, and trying to brew the perfect cup of coffee.
Lisa has been in software for almost 20 years, working in a wide range of companies from early stage startups to large media companies like the BBC & the Guardian newspaper. She used to debug code, now she debugs teams for a living. Lisa is currently VP, Engineering at Meetup. She is mostly powered by coffee.
For more than a decade, Poornima Vijayashanker has led and coached engineering and product teams through processes related to people and product; from idea to shipping product to successfully exiting. She is currently the founder of Femgineer, an education company dedicated to helping techies level up in their careers and build products and companies. Previously she was a lecturer at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering, and the founding engineer at Mint.com.
