Lou Anne Alexander is Chief Product Officer at Early Warning, where she has led product initiatives for the past ten years, including the launch of Zelle®, a leading digital payments network used by one in two U.S. adults. Lou Anne is a frequent contributor for American Banker, PaymentSource, The Wall Street Journal, PYMNTS.com, and others. She has presented at industry events including Money20/20, BAI Payments Connect, NACHA Payments and others. The 30-year industry veteran was received PaymentSource’s “Most Influential Women in Payments” honors in 2017 and 2019 and nominated for Women in Payments’ Most Distinguished Professional in 2019. As a recognized banking industry veteran, her thirty years of service include executive positions at Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and First Union National Banks. Lou Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. from Queens University.
Throughout his 30-year career in banking and financial services, Paul McAdam led banking and technology research programs, helping clients improve customer experience and competitive differentiation. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2016, Paul was SVP, thought leadership at FIS, where he led domestic and global research in retail and small business banking, wealth management, mobile financial services and emerging payments systems. Paul also served as partner at eCom Advisors, a payments and e-commerce consultancy acquired by FIS in 2010, and BAI, where he provided research and training to banks for 14 years as managing director of research. After earning an economics degree at Augustana College and MBA from DePaul University, Paul began his career in retail branch banking and credit card operations at Household Internationa
