Gordon Einstein

Gordon Einstein is a hybrid Crypto-Attorney, Technologist, and Enterprise Strategist. Gordon received his undergraduate degree in Politics in 1991 from Brandeis University in Boston and then received his JD in 1995 from the USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles. Gordon is also a proud Eagle Scout, having served in Boy Scout Troop 223.
Initially Gordon's law practice centered on startup, venture capital, investment banking, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and general business law. In 2010 Gordon judged that the new field of cloud computing had potential. The group he formed brought to life his vision of the law firm technology platform of the future - AdaptiveSky. AdaptiveSky continues to operate successfully and is a nationally-recognized premier service provider, with its clients primarily located in New York and California. AdaptiveSky has also been awarded Worldox Systems Integrator status (the highest certification level available) by World Software.
As an avid computer and programming hobbyist, in 2012 Gordon was intrigued by Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and the related technologies. By 2014, he was providing legal services to several individuals and companies operating in this space. And by 2016 the majority of Gordon’s law practice involved working with crypto, blockchain and FinTech startups and funds. This was formalized as CryptoLaw Partners in 2017. Gordon frequently speaks and educates both in the United States and abroad, quite often in Ukraine.

Michael Terpin
Founder & CEO at Transform Group
Michael Terpin is founder and CEO of Transform Group International, whose divisions include Transform PR, a global public relations firm that has served more than 200 clients in the blockchain field and helped launch 65 ICO’s, including Augur, Ethereum, Gnosis, Qtum and WAX; CoinAgenda, an event series for cryptocurrency investors, and Transform Strategies, the company’s advisory division. Transform Group is headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with offices in Santa Monica, Las Vegas, Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, Denver, Toronto, Paris, and Cape Town.
Terpin holds an MFA from SUNY at Buffalo and dual BA in journalism and English from Syracuse University, where he serves on the board of advisors at the top-ranked Newhouse School. Kyle Chasse
CEO at PAID Network
Kyle Chassé, a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry veteran and technology entrepreneur, has founded, advised and invested in numerous early stage blockchain projects since his initial investment in Bitcoin in 2012. During 2013, Kyle founded World Super Lotto (WSL), the world’s first global lottery based on Bitcoin and went all-in on Bitcoin. In 2014 WSL went live and Kyle used some of his Bitcoin gains to participate in the Ethereum ICO followed by exploring infrastructure projects making investments in BnkToTheFuture, Pundi X, Bitstamp, Kraken, Shapeshift, Coinpayments and several others. In 2015 Kyle took on a full-time role as COO of Credits, built from scratch Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) company. In 2016, Kyle was deemed “smart money” by investors during this time period as he began lucratively analysing, investing, and advising infrastructure and protocol projects from Coinbase, UBANX, Bitfinex, ULTRA, RNDR, and several others, holding impressive amounts of equity and tokens.
Towards the end of 2018, Kyle founded Master Ventures (MV) - a blockchain advisory & think tank based in Koh Phangan. MV combines the skills of several executives, each with a master skill set and have all held C-Level executive positions at various startups, hedge funds, VC, and more. Master Ventures advises Tier 1 projects like Spl.yt, UBANX, EVEN Network, Ultra.io, and Elrond.
