I've led big improvements in cost, time, and quality using new technologies and optimized processes. Over the past couple years I helped stand up and scale a new government agency. We dramatically increased positive customer engagement, and even won an award.
Some people know me because I build and run analytics teams and operations. That award I mentioned before was for Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics. I'm actually a data scientist and engineer by training.
Mostly I create and develop effective teams. I've grown my organization everywhere I've worked, and my folks always go on to contribute significantly to the organization. Two of my hires even succeeded me in senior roles when I moved on.
