Pam is the head of Executive Talent Management and Diversity at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and leads the senior talent processes along with the integration of disciplines that drive our diverse and inclusive culture.
Pam has a deep background in Organizational Development Management, Learning & Development and has held leadership roles in the Corporate & Investment Bank, Corporate Human Resources, Consumer Bank and Private Bank.
Currently, in her combined role, she blends strategic alignment of executive talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to this role, she worked at American Express and AT&T — and as an adjunct professor, taught introductory Psychology courses at Baruch College, City University of New York, and Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York.
She also serves as Board Chair for Neighborhood Defender Services, a nonprofit community-based organization that provides holistic public defense legal representation to residents of Harlem, New York.
As a President’s Fellow, she holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
Named to Black Enterprise’s 2019 and 2018 list of the Most Powerful Women in Corporate Diversity, she has also been recognized as a 2019 Diversity & Inclusion Champion from the Asian American Business Development Center.
