As a Community Manager for Microsoft, I program manage customer facing events to showcase the Microsoft brand. To do this, I build relationships with the goal of attracting, nurturing or retaining customers/internal stakeholder for Microsoft. As a relationship manager, I own a robust schedule of event and workshop offerings for both public and private audiences. As part of a leadership team, I manage implementing corporate strategy on a macro level all while looking at the big picture. My attention to detail and organizational skills have helped foster a strong program for Microsoft. I am curious by nature and not afraid to question the status quo. Something that differentiates me is my education background coupled with the understanding how the Microsoft platform works together and how to communicate and demonstrate that to others. My favorite moment when I am training a customer is when they have a, “lightbulb moment,” That is when they learn something that clicks for just them and the technology becomes exciting to use. This is why I do what I do.
Over the past five years, I have delivered technology trainings to entrepreneurs all the way to enterprise customers. Each training is a catered experience to the needs of the customer. I am a master at creating PowerPoint presentations for each customized training. I love what I do because I get to be with real customers and first-hand see how they experience products and apply them to their productivity.
