Whether working with an energy company or a family-owned business, a global public company or a start-up, I have the acumen to think like both a business owner and financial analyst and serve as a forward-thinking strategic partner for company and executive leadership teams.
As Vice President of Finance for WildHorse Resource Development, I am proud to have played an important part in its $4 billion sale to Chesapeake Energy in 2019. I have previously held roles in strategic corporate finance that also culminated in successful sales to larger companies, including the $15 billion sale of Petrohawk Energy to BHP Billiton and the $4.4 billion sale of Memorial Resource Development to Range Resources. I currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Owner for my family’s real estate investment companies, which include a construction company and property management firm.
A native Texan, I graduated from Texas A&M University with my BBA in Finance and earned my MBA from the University of Texas, including a McCombs Energy Finance Certificate.
