I lead a large, cross functional team of Product Managers and Process Managers that build and deliver inclusive consumer-facing experiences using human-centered design, Agile methodologies, and experimentation frameworks. Experience includes conversational AI product management, outbound messaging channel and delivery product management, messaging operations, social media strategy, digital content strategy, and digital product management.

As a Latina in AI Product, I am passionate about increasing the number of women and BIPOC in Product through recruiting, mentorship, sponsorship, and speaking. I believe that in order to make true customer-centric products, your teams need to be as diverse as the customer population your build for.
