Since my transition from the U.S. Army Green Berets in February of 2019, I have experienced many challenges to include entrepreneurial processes associated with starting up a retail business and more. The start-up experience required me to wear many hats that I never worn previously in my journey. I jumped into an environment where understanding customers’ needs would drive most business decisions. Establishing brand loyalty depends upon retaining the customer base. Stability in this area is Job 1.

Shortly after my retail business launch, I used my interpersonal skill sets, leadership, and experiences to forge business bonds with industry professionals across the spectrum. The Honorable Discharge and transferable skill sets, ethos and experiences from the military has afforded me opportunities I never thought possible.

I have been honored to work with numerous respected industry and business leaders in an industry that has historically been closed off to “outsiders”.

To extend my “reach” into the industry after the unfortunate closure of my Hemp brick and mortar location, I created and currently host the Hemp 101 podcast and it can be found on all major platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Anchor & more!
