I have spent the past 22 years at Rocky Mountain Reagents from production employee to administration staff; from Director of Sales and Marketing to Acting CEO. We have had significant growth over that time taking us to a multi-million dollar company in a 46,000 square foot facility with 75 employees. I have been involved in almost every aspect of the business from janitor to my present position. In that time I have been involved all aspects of accounting, procurement, taxation policy, human resources, inventory management, client management, marketing programming, process development, technical writing, building design, implementation and everything in between.
In addition to my professional career, I have spent a great deal of time volunteering in Jefferson County politics where I served on many committees and elected party positions. I have served on the Board of the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation (2015-2018; elected Chairman in 2018), The West Metro Chamber of Commerce (2013-Present; elected Chairman in 2019/20/21) and the National Cannabis Industry Association (2020-present) . I enjoy continuing to find new challenges for my own growth and look for opportunities to offer my skills to organizations that can benefit from them.
