A senior public policy leader focused on the tech and finance sectors, with proven success in working across diverse teams to build creative solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary issues. Originally practicing as a lawyer specialising in international tax, I have now been working for more than 10 years at the global level with governments and international organisations to identify and implement policy responses with a tangible impact. I have built strong networks across the public and private sectors, led interventions at ministerial and senior-official level events, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as well as building new projects and teams.
I currently lead the OECD's work on distributed ledger technologies, part of our broader Going Digital project assessing the policy implications of digitalisation & proposing solutions to ensure governments can access & respond to the opportunities & challenges it raises. For DLT, this includes topics as diverse as fintech, due diligence in supply chains, digital skills, competition policy, infrastructure, digital security, data privacy, access to technology for SMEs, & the SDGs.
In March 2020, I was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. I'm a judge in the G20 Techsprint Hackathon 2020 & in 2019, co-chaired the Financial Stability Board's decentralised fintech workstream. Since 2016, I've been a visiting lecturer at Paris-Est Créteil University, and I also sit on the OECD's Staff Review Board.
