I have served as CEO, Director or Chair of the Board for 20 private and public companies. I have 124 scientific publications and patents. I have been President of the Canadian Biomaterials Society and a reviewer for numerous scientific journals, national granting agencies (CIHR, NSERC) and several national and provincial Centres of Excellence. I been the CEO of 7 companies (working on the 7th now) and have either sold them to larger corporations (3) or they are still operating public (2) or private (1) companies. I continue to be interested in helping anyone to develop life-improving medical devices and diagnostics.
