Ray experience in hospitality working across all areas from front of house, restaurants, bars through to back of house including cellar work allows him to understand the challenges in venues in relation to serving beverages.
Ray has been involved in PET packaging since 2019, and demonstrates a deep commercial understanding of the complex packaging industry.

Ray holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences (Law and Economics) through the University of Canberra.
