Currently, I am the Director of Research & Data for the Property Finder Group providing strategic direction on real estate data intelligence in the UAE. In 2019, I played a strategic role and lead in the creation of the partnership between Property Finder and the Dubai Land Department. As a result, Mo'asher was was created which is the first official house price index for the Emirate of Dubai. In 2020, Dubai climbed up three places in JLL's Global Real Estate Transparency Index and further strengthened its position as MENA’s most transparent real estate market. According to the report, JLL says that Mo’asher was the most significant initiative launched by Dubai in 2019 to increase transparency.
