There, Marc led a team focused on driving deployment of standard processes and IT solutions which advanced operational efficiency and effectiveness using data-driven methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Marc was also part of the Royal Philips Business Transformation Leadership team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and led a team program managing the company’s entire transformation portfolio of 450M Euro per year.
