Michael and I'm a co-founder at Okapi Okapi helps landlords improve their in the Lie by focusing on improving the comfort and improving or increasing the income these two are tightly coupled because when you have a happy tenants, you're more likely to increase your income, but also we find them. Common because we can use the same machine learning algorithms and I'm not going to curse too much. I promise but we can use the same machine learning algorithms that can help us anticipate the tenant needs to use turns to pay to turn commercial needs as well
and just to make it very real how many of you are too cold right now in this room like me some data points could help help solve that and say I can help solve that and then I'll go into that little bit later. Good morning. Everyone
