Yie-Hsin Hung is Chief Executive Officer of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), New York Life’s $325 billion multi-boutique third-party asset management business, a role she has held since 2015. As CEO, she is responsible for all aspects of her global business, which spans ten specialist investment management boutiques in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia, and a diversified U.S. mutual fund and ETF operation. During her tenure, Ms Hung led NYLIM to achieve a three-fold increase in assets under management. She accomplished this through a combination of geographic expansion, organic initiatives and acquisitions while staying true to her overall vision of bringing together the entrepreneurial energy of NYLIM’s boutiques with New York Life’s unsurpassed financial strength and long-term orientation.
Michelle Seitz is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Investments. She is passionate about solving clients’ needs and about purpose-driven leadership. With more than 30 years of experience in asset management, Ms Seitz previously spent 22 years with William Blair, 16 of which were on the firm’s executive committee and as head of William Blair Investment Management (WBIM), which had more than $70 billion in AUM under her leadership. Prior to leading WBIM, she led the firm’s private wealth management business. Her previous experience also includes senior portfolio management roles with WBIM, Concord Investment Company and NationsBank. She obtained her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1990.
