This is the happiest guy in the building because you just got back in left upper after forgetting it last night. We didn't talk 00:02 until after school with man. Just an X version like one more minutes probably because 00:12 there are swarms of people coming in from Yeah, yeah about that but 00:22 first in a while you got it here and just spend one more minute before you start how many of the guys here are actually using controller for senath 00:32 MO. okay. We can probably skip the 00:41

Okay, let's start guys. So just a quick and show. My name is the only I'm the CEO and one of the co-founders has control of Trance. Hi. I'm 00:50 trying to join control up in November. So I'm super excited to be here super excited to join the team. I'm at Citrus CCP. Just got to work this year. 01:00 So you first hear. But maybe the first Canadian city to Claudio's. I think Leo Rodriguez is but the first one he was there for a long time. But 01:09 right now I'm the only one and that's okay. Sweet tweet about oschino. Let's make a new epic the wrestler. Let's 01:19

click over to the next guy. I'm happy that most of you here actually familiar with control because we're going to focus on the new things. I need to 01:29 know to meet next time won't because this is by far the biggest release ever. I will listen to you guys will listen to our customers and we added the 01:38 problem number one request over the last five years and that's control Automation. And I think it's the result is awesome and probably the 01:47 main purpose of each session to convince you guys that's long gone are the days of manually fixing. Issues. We cannot feel time for some more 01:57

strategic thing and stay tuned because you learn discussion exactly how he doesn't wish you to schedule. Recover and also covers the mother Sevenfold 02:06 features. So let's hear so those of us who know control up know that we have a long, you know about 02:15 tradition of doing live demos, even though it's something dangerous, especially with conference Wi-Fi. So today will be no exception right 02:25 about what controls all about and then leave them hoes and feed we're we're done. Okay, another housekeeping notes. 02:33

Ask question again. Appoints preventing to learn about the new technology. So don't be shy with a mic here is just, you know, come by and ask question 02:43 OK with the new 7 4 release I'll cover the easy part and then strength. When do they have a listing of it is doing the automation 02:51 use cases, and he's pretty great. So stay June. We have some yoga thing beside the automation. We stayed in a sec and he slept on goes to show 03:01 you and then you can talk inside release, which is I think I'm fantastic release. We really enhance the backend you please not much faster will delay 03:11

us after we see if we've been around since 2011 really high road. I think we have 03:19 almost 1000 customers right now across the US Europe is going fast break is actually here in the states in the Silicon Valley. 03:29 I'm managing these guys, but we have engineering themes Fallout 2 cetera and you can see some of the great battles were walking over the last few 03:38 years next light, please I'm so this is the main thing right. Was always a unique solution guys. Okay, and he's use cases might sound familiar, 03:48

but let me explain why I think we're saving it. So my phone ring when you release time Wednesday morning to think about an email alerts when something 03:57 goes So we do that let's go to provide alive after 3 seconds delay real-time display for your entire computer back and that's different. That's 04:04 unique. And that's great. One of the primary reasons people laugh. Okay, so that's our taking money to him. Whenever you leave we have greatly for it 04:13 and eat some of your internet users might have been coming to the new and listing for me right over the last year at top inside sizing commendations 04:23

environment assessment and more and more and latex based on the crazy day that we gather from a customer is Orvis least you feeling 04:31 okay. This is by far the biggest differentiation between control up and some of the other solution to see out there. Now, we always 04:39 had remediation built-in to control a poke running actions running script. We have a huge library of speech for the copy that in a bit and the big 04:49 step for in 7 for is now we're offering automated remediation. And that's you guys. It's yours and you'll see that in Next likely is a quick cover 04:57

just high-level overview of the architecture probably more than 9% of all customers actually using the hybrid Cloud approach will we host the 05:07 controller control in the cloud? This means for customers really simplify deployments? No back-end server is nosql database in the web server is 05:15 the value? Okay. So when the customer we have the reason call to we have the data sources of a TV can connect to any Bluetooth Novation there 05:24 from Vie en words in Italian Cypress be a public Cloud was not the result featuring her own agents running inside each and every Windows 05:34

OS weather recinos physical virtual server with suppose everything from Windows XP to service 2019. The latest Windows 10, we 05:44 recently added support for netscaler for descendants of apis. We're walking Alicia integration with ashur with lots of other vendors was thinking for 05:54 that the final component. Customer site is the control module service doing mainly two things one 24/7 learning and noon 7 for the month of service 06:02 does not having the automation module and I'll show you guys that in a sec and two continuous upload to my shopping sites component makes you you have 06:12

a diploid next slide, please. Okay, so this is okay. So live demos. 06:21 Yeah. Okay. So I'll start with the two new features in 7-4 before the automation platform is the first one is I think it's one of them are 06:30 most beloved features is the virtual experts have a quick recap recap of what we had. By the way, just just in case in the first time you're seeing is 06:40 which is probably not this is a reason Consul running your Management Services on your you know, and points running on premises connected to 06:50

everything showing real-time stats on anything we can monitor. Okay. So quick recap on the virtual aspirin. 47412 Lake high 06:58 on one of our relation host soda visual experts is actually a way to improve you understand. What would be the next real Stefano to figure out 07:08 the root cause of the performance issue in this case. You can see we have to go to come in their customers to drill down into the VM. They're running 07:18 on the same OS and double-click let you know so you can see it in action. 07:25

So what will happen one strand relation to build on this issue. You will see the visual expression action case. We're actually going to But you know 07:34 that we're going to go all the way to the last place in the lower part. So now you can see intuitively highlighting. 07:44 What we think is the root cause of this I wish you okay, so proud and 7 for Mutual agent would cover you guys whenever you want to travel to the 07:53 performance issue, but intuitively suggesting the next litigation steps. Now you probably think how can this great future can be even better eyes. So 08:02

we have an answer for you guys. So Stephen for we actually enhances feature to also now suggests on remediation of troubleshooting scripts. 08:10 So it's now actually two things like 21A suggesting on the vacation rules and be suggesting on Street based on context and let's see 08:20 if you examine so I know we all love flow. Because you can fix them now and we can be in our heroes. So if we'll see here 08:30 now if we click on this visual indication what's open now automatically show you guys the top five scripts which makes the most sense enough to figure 08:40

out a either to get more data about the specific issue or be remediated in some cases for 08:49 you guys had to manually download scripts in order for them to be available here in 74. We actually simplify that so You see the small Cloud icon 08:58 right next to the list users map network drive. This means these biscuits is not available in my environment. But since we're so cool, we show it to 09:08 you guys and it's like streamline, right? If you click on that will automatically download apps in background run it to be so nice and easy. So again, 09:16

no need to know which which we have no need to know any, you know complex. Just click on the right of an issue and we'll highlight. What's the best 09:23 accommodations here? Okay, by the way, we have a really strong team of experts working on enhancing the priest Ivory trying to uncover that in his 09:31 back is really great. I left Lucy to do more than that. I'm leaving seal Astro story, 09:40 which is nice but we have school so I can actually give you more data like for example, 09:45

you know, which what's wrong if you type in addition to Lincoln City or any other things you've seen here. Let's check one more advanced example, 09:53 let's go to the processes of you and Luke on one of the Iowa metrics we have Okay, so I'll priest 1/4 we can see if we have no problem running some 10:03 crazy. I will load but now using the new suggestions we can actually trying to show you one of the most advancements we have to 10:12 be on screen in a sec. So now we can we can actually go beyond the process there. Okay. So we're using someone's really Advanced creepy happy weekend. 10:22

For example of an apartment in the background is completed streamline and the article show you which files or actually generating the higher load. So 10:31 but using this new intuitive skip to just imagine you can go deeper and find what causes even above the process by which is really great. 10:40 Brute Force XO one of the cutest thing here is that none of them. 10:49 The triggers the expert setting right there. One of the coolest thing here is that actually we're doing the 11:04

work for you guys. So I'm guessing you've seen these are actually cloud-based. Right? So we're doing it as a vendor and it's automatically sync to all 11:14 of our customers lights and we are continuing to do that as we have no script available in the library right though. He for example of a new script 11:22 about something that might speak so they can see is you will configure the one in here and we automatically through the next time you guys went to 11:29 sleep on the latency issue. Okay, in addition to that you can create your own room. If you have a script for example, which can a streamlined and a 11:36

PSU you can use this suggestion engine here to conceal your own Rule and the next time you'll see one guys with Lincoln and I know it probably would 11:44 like to hear something we see the script which fix the issue in your environment. Taio Cruz. Thanks, all of these that we have right here to punch man 11:53 who actually invented the whole thing man. So Rachel, okay. So the second let's go back to the 12:01 snipers that the second feature. I want to show you guys before you automation is the music. Smite selling feature. We having seven 4 so that show 12:11

them the Microsoft can be for us. Just escaped from the from the Google Slides go to the Chromecast Microsoft finally 12:18 delivered. Okay. I know it's the real thing to say, but I think it is because we haven't you metric is actually perfect metric cuz 12:28 you seem to be late and this is by far the best method to figure out what's the ongoing user experience for any app and for any particle? Okay. This 12:38 is important for Northern USA the Windows 10 1809 in 2019. And what is actually measuring is how long it takes an application to 12:47

Pro. The user input which is either a keyboard, you know stroke and won't stick and this is a nice agnostic. So it doesn't matter which vdi solution 12:57 to use up to use Citrix. It doesn't matter which which app. Is there any Wind 32 apley walk and let's leave it live in action again. This is great to 13:05 show you. What's the current user experience for any user on environment? So let's go back to the reason console turn on the res 2019 folder because 13:15 that's where the metric is supported and let's go to the sessions View and drill down into the new user input delay metric we are there. Okay, let's 13:25

go left a bit. So the guy can be here on screen. This is the user input delay in milliseconds for any apps running inside your discussion. We just 13:34 happen to have an RDP session. Which of the one session racing on TV right now and Trent me now play a bit with the explosion which is going to be the 13:43 death of me see in real-time how long it takes for the exposure to actually react to my Okay, so continuously live there in this 13:51 is exactly what he was feeling. Now. Let's take it up a notch. Okay, let's move on to a more intense that we have the meats open right there on the 14:01

okay. This is a bit more and that's because it's a pretty large breed. Imagine. It's really simple and dance leaving now when transferring try to play 14:10 with this and actually get some feedback. We will see the fusing to belay is much higher than what we've seen with the death of shell. Okay, and this 14:18 is indeed what is feeling right and I'll figure out why this is so great to figure out the user experience and hopefully 14:26 you guys will have to wait 7 to Windows 10 update 1809 or 7:29 and you can enjoy this new feature. And finally this is fully integrated with 14:36

all of our features. Okay. So triggering reporting everything you used to we can drop would be supported with this new metric. Okay, 14:46 so let's go back to the presentation. And now it's the main dish and I'll obviously do the easy part because I'm the boss from Trenton to do 14:55 everything. So I'll try to explain how this works and then shouldn't we let me show you the actual use cases and the cool things we have going on. 15:03 Okay, so you guys should be familiar with that. Michael service is always connected to everything right so it knows about 15:12

prophecies leccion metrics whatsoever. And in the background is connected to the configuration database which is essentially the trigger so the set of 15:22 rules and conditions with tell us what to look for when something is happening and you in 7 for we now have control automation rules associated with 15:32 these conditions. Okay. So let's do like one click here. So let's assume for us that we have configured control app to automatically identify whenever 15:41 the free space on the system Drive is below 5mb be okay, and this happened right now the agent Report that back to the Michael Siri. So now we have a 15:49

trigger fire next week on this again. This is Avenged Sevenfold So now in addition to notifying and you just happen to be an email what not. We can 15:57 actually run a script and his reflection following up on the condition. We just met we probably won't ask him to go ahead and clean up 16:06 some directories 10 for 5:00. Whatever we can do safely while seconds running, you know, those who probably immediately issue. Okay, let's play again 16:16 the script finish executing it sending the alphabet to the Marshal Service and he buys choose to do. So, let's look on that again. We would actually 16:24

spend you guys via email the script output. They still think how crazy is this? You see there is no drinking a coffee watching whatever you got an 16:32 email saying. Hey on This Server, we had any free space issue we fix that here is what we got deleted Dona. What's you do? What do you think? So 16:41 this is how we spoke in the background and with this I want to pass the torch to my good friend friends will show you additional use cases for this 16:51 feature great salt Ivory buddy. I am super excited to be here. I'm super excited that for this feature. This is something that I used to be a customer 17:01

and now it controls employee. We've all been waiting for this we've been waiting for this. This is the biggest released I think control app has ever 17:10 had and it is polished and set up a whole bunch of things that is just going to move us into the future. So talking about automated actions. There are 17:18 we we've looked at them. We've looked at what they're capable of and we've chatted rise and we found three categories that most scripts end up falling 17:26 into so we can improve the user experience by manipulating objects in the sections with their processes or you know, Virtual Machine level up voice 17:34

level type actions to actually make your experience better. The other one we have is maybe you don't want to actually execute some level of 17:42 remediation. Maybe you want you no more information. So that way you can actually take an action yourself. Right? And we don't necessarily trust 17:51 scripts all the time. But we we do want to gather more information. So for that we can actually reduce our troubleshooting Time by gathering more 17:59 contextual information of events as they occur and then the last one and probably the best one is going to save us a lot of time and make our life a 18:06

lot easier is automatic remediation. So again using script we can trigger on events and metrics and actually produce an action 18:14 that is going to solve the problem for us. So that way no one will see it system boot shop and it's got an issue. It generates an event automatic 18:24 remediation kicks in no one's the wiser problem solved. So we actually have an amazing talented script I get the sa now. I 18:33 am so glad by Ricky we have guy leaves Kylie Sebastian right here in the front part would be 18:43

the best the best guy actually keyways my scripts. So that's why he 18:53 comes back a lot of stuff to fix code for cheese. I love that Twitter 19:00 handle. So the pain is a part of the team too. So he's a wonderful guy. Marshmello. 19:10 Dennis geerlings, he's a he's based out of Las Vegas. I think myself so we are on it. This is like this is the top talent guys right here top 19:25 talent people. And by the way, in addition to these guys, we have Community experts keep no pushing in your ears and scrapes and Carl right here is a 19:35

good example of death. And we encourage everyone to just stand there. It is a description. We will publish them as part of the community 19:44 as actually written a script already that's going to solve a problem that we're going to put into the Interior automatic remediation, so 19:52 that's going to be a big thing. So, thank you Carol. Applause 20:02 All right, let's get into some of the live demo. So we're going to do if the user experience optimization. So this is that first use case we were 20:15

talking about. We're going to be touching base with you mention before so, you know everyone in the Citrus world. If you run out of disk space on your 20:22 previous servers run on anything really you're going to run into a really major problem. So we monitor disk space. So we actually monitor minimum free 20:31 disk space on both your system drive or just the lowest drive that you have available and we can actually do an action on that now so we can detect 20:40 when it hits the threshold and we can clean up your your space for you. The last example, we we put it as a video because one of the hardest things to 20:47

try to demo is temporal type actions, but custom idling disconnect timers. This is actually something that's really near and dear to me. I am the kind 20:55 of guy who hates silos and one of the reasons you're going to style with Citrix environment is because you have to have custom idle and disconnect 21:04 timers and it to me it is one of the most frustrating reasons to have to Silo servers and I actually Silo applications across them. So but with the 21:11 control a platform now we can trigger on what the state is a User and what the time is and when we do that we can actually disconnect the session and 21:20

log off the session so we can have custom timers on the same boat on the same box and we can trigger it on application. We can trigger. Users whole 21:29 new set of complexity whole new set of amazing Simplicity to for infrastructure. So yeah that starts with the first one actually 21:38 something that we already just saw. I just want to show you guys always looks like so as you might have noticed and let's make it more current in 21:47 here. Let's play with your dog in a bit. So it would go up. So as you can see here. The Applebee process priority is already above 21:56

normal. That's because of the automation would have been placed. So let me show you how this actually works behind the scene. So we have a triggering 22:06 place which would actually identify whenever a certain app has a bad experience. Let's put this year on screen. 22:13 And will automatically detect that then we have no pretty extensive condition. Let's play something right now. This is a very simple example to 22:23 explain what we're seeing here. Yeah, absolutely. So the user input delay as Universe explaining is the delay between when you click on something in 22:30

your UI and when it gets a response back, so this is a wonderful metric on Microsoft has put in is actually measuring the user experience not right 22:37 like so the situation measures latency is well-liked Network latency. This one is application be so you can actually tell on the server itself. What 22:44 do users actually experiencing removing network from the equation and so in this particular trigger, what we're doing is we're we're looking for that 22:53 metric we're looking to see if their experience is starting to the great if it's going over a hundred 2nd and we're looking for a particular 23:00

applications and then we're actually going to check it. Once it's in that state. We're going to produce an action. By the way that conditions are very 23:06 customizable. We have lots of stuff. So you guys can play with it pretty much anything we know about which is available in the grid is available in 23:13 part of the Visions you guys can configure so like the imagination is probably the only limit are so conditioned and now the new thing and 7 for the 23:22 whole Magic he's essentially this new run action option here. We should either one or more scripts to the condition. We just 23:32

showed you guys. So in this case, we have the script and friends. You can probably explain this better than I am. What we have here sure. So 23:42 I've written just that it's a very very simple script one of them. One of the most amazing things about this engine is that now that we're moving all 23:51 this conditional logic into Traders were actually removing it from Scripps to buy by doing that. We're actually simplifying are stripped. So I've 23:59 written a scripture that all it does is it just takes a process that we're going to pass in as an arguments to the script and she's going to update 24:07

the priority. So once we pass all of our threshold all of our triggers and they they get clear is going to run this trip then it just says hate this 24:16 is your process ID set it to this. So it actually ends up I think it's a two liner and really could be one. so 24:24 this is incredibly powerful because all of a sudden all that conditional Metro that conditional statements that I was talking about before it's in the 24:34 triggers. So our script is actually very very simple and as I've been doing you say something developing scripts on finding out more and more and 24:41

more. So scripts are just becoming super simple but super powerful because we can determine when they run gave high priority for 24:49 the Adobe app against the CPU. We can expect like, you know, a better user experience and that's the whole point and you know again think about it 24:59 that move on to the next one little favorite. Let's look at low disk space. So talking back that I use case before it weird. If your 25:08 sister at user if you have a Citrix server and you run out of his face, you're going to have a bad day. So what we've done is we've configured a 25:18

trigger here. We can figure the scripture to automatically clean up temp files that's on a on a server. So, you know, he's actually going to To find 25:24 it find it take a boxer looking at Taste of 5.3. GB sweep set the trigger here to the action or so cross that threshold winter at 5 gigabytes or 25:31 lower. So we've got a particular server here, you know, he's going to produce some temp files need to demo got so 25:41 many displays going to be on below 5 gigabytes. And 25:48

right now we're almost there and we're going to manually shoot lower the space below five gigabytes. And if everything goes well beyond the AA 25:58 the coronavirus connection to the chicken delete files in the temperature for there and actually relation to do that. Hope for the best and I'll show 26:08 you the actual settings. Okay. So here we go a 5.3. Well good. Maybe we can zoom in a bit. I'm going to create a fight here. 26:16 Case is greater than the temperature should lower the threshold below five gigabytes, and they should kick in the automation which 26:26

clear the temp file and she's really cute. Google okay. 26:35 No way man. Okay. So 26:46 just just to show you what what 26:51 happened to be honest. And so the script again, it's very simple to hear trance. It's your swimsuit. We're 27:01 taking all that conditional logic. We're not checking for free space here. We're not checking for anything like that. We're just doing very simply 27:11 cleaning up the folder. That's all we need to specify as what do we want to do moving all that conditional logic out of the script and putting it into 27:17

the the the trigger cuz if you didn't do that, this script gets a lot more complicated. So this is if you write scripts, you're going to be writing 27:25 very very simple script and that's that's a wonderful thing in this this is the actual condition. And again, I see by the way, I don't see any reason 27:32 why anyone of you guys wouldn't have this configured Naomi Wildman, it's easier since your boss and we can take it to you no more extreme use cases. 27:41 So think about the PBS right Cash Drive, we can check this out and clear whatever we can confirm. Then again. You can drink lean manager we can 27:51

specify schedule on here. So it only runs after hours of free disk space is low Thursday. Maybe this is a good good time to show you like the 28:00 extensive work being done, but our grades Action theme so one of the things they've added is the clean. I think it's called yet to clean windows 28:07 system drive and just to show you that we take it seriously. So it's really expensive script. Okay, obviously not with error handling and 28:15 descriptions and it's really sore walk. I think this was done by time and it's raining we we we we invest to make sure that we we're cleaning 28:24

everything which is supported my ex weather reach the Windows update nov Play story and you know the temp profile and whatnot. So the 28:32 walk is is pretty much done for you guys. It's just a matter of considering the conditions attaching the right screws and enjoying the enjoying the 28:42 Automation and we'll be creating these triggers for the community in and actually pushing out to the console for you to an able so that way you can 28:50 pick and choose what we do you think what we develop? Give me all right. So this is the car tomorrow and disconnect timer system the temporal one that 28:57

created a video here to actually show it. Pier 29:05 Remember if she tried here. Okay settings 29:19 application to check and hyperspace. 29:23 So the servers themselves are configured for an eight-hour idle and a 2-hour disconnect time out which is exceeds. The threshold of these two 29:33 applications meditek. Ask for a 5-minute Idol in a 5-minute disconnect in hyperspace as the hyperspace Seamaster a 20 minute and 10 minutes. So having 29:39 them on the same server would be impossible but now with control up automation platform. We actually have it so that way these two timers can be 29:48

triggered by the the trigger that we set the conditions that we sat. So in this example the specials going to start idling here we can tell that from 29:56 the idle timeout is now at 1 minute so fast. I thought he's going to hit it 20 minute timer. 30:05 Alright, so now we gets moved into the disconnect estate, which is exactly what you want. So after 20 minutes, he's moved into disconnect. And 30:15 now the idle time is keeping track of how long is in that disconnected state. And now we have the other application. We got meditek now. So now he's 30:25

on that 5-minute disconnect the timer. I feel afraid it won't work. Even though it's a video 30:34 not crazy after 5 minutes. Now, we're going to see this user log off. So mmm, so I don't know why he's such a hard name to say but he's in a log off 30:44 here now cuz he's hit that 5 minute special that we specified earlier. Boom nice. And so that he was on his way to in this other guys on 302. So once 30:54 he hits his 10-minute he's going to log off as well. And if you think about it, by the way, this is going to be a huge problem on W video as well 31:02

because we have now Windows 10 with user. So if we use the thought that with the video I space this is not an issue because we're like one user 440 S 31:10 no longer I could have Windows 10 workstation and we need this in any, you know future vdi solution based on the new Windows 10. 31:19 It is anyone here on the cloud is your AWS couple people. So if you can imagine if you running stitches on the cloud or throwing an RDS take session 31:29 on the cloud if you were to have his particular scenario where uses Asking for different or application teams are asking for different timeouts used 31:39

to spin a different VM. So this is actually costing you money to do that. This will solve your problem and help reduce their costs their yeah. 31:46 Now we're getting into semi automatic remediation. We do have been faced action. So not not just are we 31:55 trading on her mattress? We can trigger an event itself. So anything that generate an event log, that's an error or warning we can pick up that event 32:05 we can detect it and then we can tell the control of automation platform to run a script. So the Citrix performance counters. This is this is really 32:11

interesting Citrus does a health check on their Citrix Desktop Service when it's when it starts up and if there's an error it generates an event log 32:19 and sometimes it'll actually tell you what to do to remediate so in this particular instance, this is an O instead of steps to do just fixing 32:28 performance counters and then restart the agent. Maybe it should do that itself, but doesn't guess what we can detect this event now and we can 32:36 actually execute these two actions very very very simply very very quickly and now instead of having a server that's broken. You can have one fixed 32:45

without lifting a finger of the new controller to Mission plasma because we have a very 32:53 clear condition really clear indication of an issue in this case of specific we can we can find and be we have a very specific reception. If you like 33:02 a clear solution we can scrape and this is exactly what we're doing here. So instead of just, you know, knowing this and manually open a logging on 33:12 to the server and opening command line running the whole thing manually we can order me that then that's surprisingly so I think we have it here in 33:22

the lab environment. And again, it's really really simple just to make again to make sure you guys are familiar with the with the actual. 33:30 Implementation. So this is a simple events base trigger. So we just don't control of the relevant promise rings based on the cave articles of the 33:39 source Divinity and what not. And the only thing left to do here is just attach this with the relevant script in this case. We're rebuilding the phone 33:48 colors and restarting this is worse than the desktop service. That's it. We're done that end with automated yet. Another thing which might affect our 33:56

vdi environment and if the service says it's essentially not just a health check now, this is actually fixing your environment making 34:05 working. So this is available for everybody. This is I think from the customer side now to the control upside. This is something we've been asking for 34:14 for years and this is just I'm so happy 34:23 and 34:26 very interesting problem where if you delete an object out of active directory, maybe you could speak to a better bail. I'll try my best 34:34

but that object still has properties within the the Citrus studio is assigned to resources or something like that. Then it'll 34:43 actually start generating an error because of Citrix configuration service to text at that object doesn't actually exist anymore. And so he's actually 34:53 in the script to detect that did I get that right? He's actually in the script to detect that right now and then we're pushing them to remediate that 34:59 and then we'll put that in there. So thank you. Yeah, yeah. Is a 35:07

great example of the community being that Rising tide lifts all boats, right? This is this is wonderful. So he's done all the hard work for you and 35:16 for us and we really appreciate it. Every everyone should 35:25 use 35:27 case for the day is the manufacturing in China actually did something really powerful here. Yes, we're going back to that. That's a nurse they were 35:39 talking about we want to we don't want to do an accent. Do you want more information we want information in order to make a decision ourselves, right? 35:47

Those machines aren't always 100% accurate. So one of the things that we've done is we actually have a scripture that detects to log on duration is 35:54 exceeded some threshold and we're actually out putting it to service now so you can go ahead and click on open service now. Okay, this is opening 36:00 imagine. Kind of imagine the current scenario versus what I'm about to show right now. Currently the way smoking. Someone is calling into the other 36:09 thing. I got to slow log on. Good luck with that. You know, that's what you have is what's your name? Service it for now. Watch me to show you. He's 36:18

like, yeah, we have streamlined those things. So when we actually experienced such an issue such as low log on. This is what you have 36:26 this guy can get so now we're not information is passed you, you know exactly what to what to start looking for rent want to start troubleshooting. 36:36 You don't need to ask me. What did you do when Instagram sends a user profile looks like he's the one exceeding our threshold. So now you was attacked 36:44 you don't have to call if the user per se right away. You can actually start investigating this without having to minimize those customer interaction 36:53

or those client interaction points, right? So that way you can actually get more efficient to start working faster 37:00 about any of the current workflows you guys have when someone is 37:05 opening a secret or incidental what not and now we can use this to actually in reach the contacts the details and make too much faster though 37:15 point. Why do any questions so far you guys have been really quiet which is ETA either to be great or you have no idea what to talk about. 37:24

Yeah don't point because this is essentially Problem scripts any system which has the force for like apis or web web books, which can be triggered via 37:38 Park and will be supported. So we no service now, we know I think it's a snow Eskimo these large vendors. For these kind of 37:48 These are just the screenshots. So this is the trigger. This is this is what we set up for for running this actual event. So we got to trigger we 38:01 better or incident. There's a script and there's the outfit. Yeah. Okay, so we're not done yet before we move on to the inside part. There is a cool 38:10

thing. We're trying to encourage guys to to help expand the library. So I'll try and explain the last few weeks called. Can you skip it? So we've got 38:19 a $1,000 bounty on up there for Scratch that we will 38:29 be announcing it today the winner of the of the script contest. So there is team time. Is there still time to submit we're looking for use cases will 38:39 be reviewing the scripts and seeing How they can benefit the community in the ones I can most benefit the majority of us will be will be the ones that 38:46

are that will be the winner in obituaries. That's no down yet supposed to come visit us after this 38:55 know during the actual time. So the final demo I want to come over here is just inside. Okay, so as promised inside really 39:04 extended FIFA thing probably logged off here. Yeah. Okay. Let me log back in so few things a few things. We have improved in inside. 39:14 I'll try to cover letter quick because we're almost out of time. So we really enhance inside performance. Okay. So queries page load 39:24

times anything which affected these are experience while walking with this battle is being enhanced. Okay. So expect much better performance in my 39:34 shoulder Cory x with when you look in reports, okay and being and this is something I want to show you guys. Fence report. So one thing we 39:42 better than that was a really popular request. So I'll roll the die is actually five minutes data points. Okay now before insights 124, we could only 39:52 we only expose the five minutes rennerdale. If you would look on the last two days worth of data, so if you had like a nice you a week ago or a month 40:02

ago, you have to look on one point for every hour which is nice, but sometimes it can hide fix it can hide some of the issues. So I want to show you 40:11 now let you know that you choose a specific computer translate shoes go to buy computer and shoes 1 computer codes c u r u s h 40:20 o I actually the VMware was doing some of the Iowa demo is okay so far, by the way, you can now noticed that the 40:30 delay delay between the time we actually uploaded data until it's twitching inside. It's much shorter. Actually. It's almost real-time. I think most 40:40

cases we be lower than the 1 hour even 30 minutes. So that's another improving. We've made in with insights. Okay now every 5 40:47 minutes or so, he will show you a Dana Point every one hour. Okay. And again, it's nice. So 40:57 kind of like a high level overview, but he's not that great if you want to troubleshoot a specific a CPU people with no soap. For example, we see we 41:07 have a peek right there around me 15. I'm currently again if you can see it's like one big appointment and shoes that squeak on the time picker and 41:15

left shoes. Yeah. This is the five next week on the time people right there on the top right corner. Let's use May 30th to 41:24 May 15th okay with you two days. That's what we need to do, but we can go back. Yeah. Let me help you. Know. It could be tricky. So 41:34 sorry, so May 13th to May 15th. Okay, so I'm choosing left any. Vacuuming 41:44 even the last year but is not with the chosen time. You know shorter than two days. Then we have the 5-minutes granularity available right here. Okay. 41:54

So we save the data we Hostess you guys are off the hook and we stayed pretty much wherever they depending on your license. 42:03 Pr4450 everything. Okay. So again inside Major 42:12 improvements go check it out. It's huge great and we're going to ask them to report in the next couple of months. Okay so station for that pic. 42:22 Thinking probably go back to the slides here. Okay, so just 42:29 some housekeeping from Citrix. I know that you're going to read this session is probably the the highest 42:39

energy some other housekeeping know some Citrix 42:45 any other questions before a Five Guys anyone was asked about the new features that like for example the automated 42:55 action to clean up the drive fails to do that are there options when they're to retry a board or perhaps do another action lichens NF we would want to 43:04 set that server maintenance mode. So are those things available? So that would be stuff that you actually after right into this trip since often to 43:14

check those condition. You only one showing that you can actually send that script open to yourself. So you can ask you review those logs and so on 43:22 and so forth. But yeah, you have to we don't check for error codes on the strippy last Ashley. Yeah, that's an option one, you 43:28 know a built-in the logic in the description to the reach wise and make sure it's actually fixing the issue. The other option is to rely not 43:38 triggering engine which essentially will trigger the issue would trigger the animation again after 5 minutes. I think my default if the trigger is no 43:44

specific condition is Devon. So yeah. Yeah timer 2 hours any other questions guys? 43:53 Rapids Sorry. The example that you did with the processor party is at one 44:02 time fixed. It was it is it a state question example, we do have it set so it would be permanent. But if we had 44:12 another trigger that actually showed that these reportedly had gotten better. Then we could bring it back down the things you guys have 44:22 been a great audience. Hopefully enjoy the show. Thanks Grande. Thank you hun. 44:32
