Dr. Deutsch earned his Ph.D. in Human Development has been a Professor in Physical Education and Coaching for 15 years. With his background in Human Development, Dr. Deutsch is now focusing his research on Emotional Intelligence.

engaged year for the next 25 minutes as you can see on my main slide. My presentation is entitled Emotional intelligence the Universal Key to Success Fundraising. I gave this presentation very similarly on Friday. It was entitled emotional intelligence the universal key to successful leadership. I gave this to an international higher education conference. And so the point of my story is that emotional intelligence is universal to our lives on a whole no matter what it is that we're doing them know. I know
as fundraisers you guys are super exciting people super energetic super. So I made modifications to the presentation.
