About the talk
This keynote panel is going to be amazing, enlightening, and filled with some of the most remarkable female nonprofit leaders could be found: Ladybosses of the Nonprofit World - Laura Caroon and Danyel Moe. The discussion deals with the "old guard" in the nonprofit world, how to overcome challenges of being a leader, and cool advice for the future leaders of organizations serving our community.

About speakers
Experienced marketer and entrepreneur with a history of working in an agency, nonprofit, higher ed, hospitality, and most recently, city development. Skilled in social media, ecommerce, SEO, market research, content marketing, and ad placement. Graduated from Concordia College with a BA in Marketing and Art.

View the profileAnd we are going to jump into our super amazing panel. So to start off I would like to introduce our facilitators at 4 today. We have Laura Caroon and Danyel Moe. Laura and Danyel are co-founders of Labor Bosses of Fargo-Moorhead an organization built to connect and empower women of the FM Laura is a creative strategist entrepreneur and artist with an insatiable desire to see women succeed. Danyel has a marketing mind with a passion for art sustainability
ethics and women's rights are so excited to have them with us today to facilitate this wonderful panel. The first step on our panel is Dana Del Valle. Dana is the president and CEO of the Arts partnership is a proven leader in arts advocacy and arts administration. She has transformed the Arts partnership into a dynamic responsive powerhouse. Our next person on the panel is nigh founder and executive director of South Sudan reads a nonprofit organization. She is helping build a Community Learning Center women empowerment program in Fargo and back home in South Sudan to
facilitate and provide the most needed basic education. I would like to introduce Sandra Leyland, unfortunately, standards on able to be with us here today. She is being a lady boss with her organization today and had something come up. So, unfortunately, she can't be here. She does send her best and her love Sandra is the president and CEO of Fraser LTD Sandra has 42 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities and delays.
