So the topic today is building blocks for sustainable non-profit post COVID-19. And what I'm going to share with you is the NGO Whisperer model. This is the model that I put together when I looked at what nonprofits need to be sustainable. It is a model that you can use for any nonprofit at any time to ensure that you are sustainable but more than ever
before we need it now because most of the nonprofits that we walked away so that I have experience in my work. I have seen that there are a few areas or components of the nonprofit technical areas of function allergies that are not really built to help the nonprofit sustain itself. So we're going to walk through this. Using the house as an analogy to see how can we build a sustainable nonprofit using the building blocks of a house?
