About speaker
Patrick Kirby is the founder of Do Good Better Consulting, author of the Amazon best seller Fundraise Awesomer! a practical guide to staying sane while doing good, host of the official Do Good Better podcast, and a believer that “We’ve always done it this way” is the most dangerous phrase in the English language. Patrick has spent nearly fifteen years working as a fundraiser in the nonprofit industry, for organizations of all shapes and sizes, and strives to ‘Do Good Better’ every day. From organizing $10,000 cure walks to $1 million galas, Patrick’s passion lies in creating creative solutions to make fundraising less boring. He earned his B.A. in “B.S.” (politics) at Loras College in Dubuque, IA, and is hopelessly addicted to super nerdy Sci-Fi Fantasy novels and old school Squaresoft® RPG Nintendo games. Patrick married out of his league to his wife Shannon, has three ridiculously adorable children named Spencer, Preston and Willow, and l ives in West Fargo, ND.

You haven't grabbed an adult beverage yet you need to because we deserve one for being together since 9 a.m. This morning. This has been amazing. And I know that I share Jones enthusiasm to know that you're doing amazing things. I know that I share in the appreciation of having our tribe now everybody who is here today. Everybody who is behind the scenes everybody who was on the call today at the conference.
YouTube you deserve one of these this is kind of what we deserve to be another day. I love that. We took time out to celebrate us at the non-profit world and fundraising and Leadership and things that just we don't talk about regularly. We don't talk about the problems that we have are the issues that we have. We don't get to talk about that and we did today and that's super great. I would like to read reiterates amazing sponsors that we had today. I would love to think Mobile Pro who made this ridiculous thing happen from crazy
brain and ideas and brain to actual logistical brilliance today. I would like to thank Whitney and all of Olive Jean Event. Cool without somebody who pays attention to the details. This thing would not have been a thing of this Microsoft and FM area foundation. And I forget what and Brady Mart and off-color Productions. Erica Johnsrud was probably one of the single greatest MC for this event. Perfect for it for goodness sakes
