Gary Kao, VP of Business Development & Operations for DealpathGary serves as the VP of Business Development & Operations for Dealpath and is responsible for the company’s go-to-market initiatives. Dealpath empowers smart investment decisions with data-driven insights and digital collaboration, and is deployed across some of the largest real estate investment firms in the market, including at Blackstone, AEW, Oxford Properties, and Manulife. Prior to Dealpath, Gary ran product management at Kanjoya, a NLP/big-data startup (acq. by Ultimate Software), and before that pre-sales for HP Enterprise in US and APAC. Gary is a member of ULI’s Technology & Innovations Council and an active member of ICSC and NAIOP.

Meagan Riley is a Growth Lead for JLL Spark, serving as the liaison between Spark’s portfolio companies and JLL business leaders and clients. Prior to joining JLL Spark, Meagan led business development and strategic partnerships for a Mark Cuban-backed startup in the Bay Area. Meagan’s previous experience also includes leadership positions at iHeartMedia, where she led the political and advocacy division, and 1776, a global incubator and venture fund based in Washington, DC. While at 1776, Meagan led the corporate partnerships team and helped develop UNION, a global software and content platform that connects startup founders, mentors, investors and corporate innovators around the world. Early in her career, Meagan held various positions at Frontier Strategy Group, a venture-backed information and advisory services for emerging markets executives.

I've spent the majority of my career in early-stage B2B SaaS companies. The last 6 years have been focused on Proptech, starting with Hightower in 2014. We merged with VTS where I led regional sales for the East Coast than 2 years at Honest Building managing Enterprise Sales until we were acquired by Procore last summer. I joined Jones in September 2019.

As Vice President of Business Development at Turntide Technologies, Maya Aharom’s role spans across channel sales, go-to-market strategy, and new product development. Before joining Turntide, Maya held executive positions at WINT water Intelligence, an enterprise SaaS solution for water efficiency and sustainability, and at Focus Capital, a private equity firm where she turned around underperforming companies. Maya served as Intelligence Corps chief of staff for Israel Defense Forces before accepting the role of Program Manager in the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where she served in an elite intelligence unit in cybersecurity. She holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from IDC Herzliya.
