Hi, my name is Simon Brown and I'm Head of UK offices Research at CBRE and today I'm going to give all thoughts about the future of the office both in terms of why we expect demand to come from what it will look like and then also what the office of the future look like in terms of how that space is used and the Aesthetics of the building that the reason why this is such an important topic to talk about is that you've already seen many media outlets already calling the death of the office. They believe several things will lead to lower demand and
this whole working from the home experiment that we've all been living through will fundamentally change the way the office is you are used and effectively make them redundant in the future. We are all working from home, it has worked to some extent some people enjoy it some people. Some people think it makes them more productive.
