And it has been an extraordinary past few months as we all know so I'm interested to find out a bit about the role pre-pandemic and a bit how you're responding to the role now. I understand you are just in the Bay Area. That's right. I'm about 40 miles east of San Francisco used to work out of our HQ in the city. Haven't been there in 4 months. Like everyone else the pandemic has challenged Us in some unique ways. But I was also the work the hard work that we've done before the pandemic has come in handy
