Hi, my name is Jaime with BrainBox AI. I look forward to taking you through a high-level overview of our technology and how we are helping real estate companies leverage artificial intelligence to significantly optimize HVAC operations to save money and improve comfort for their occupants when looking at today's energy usage in commercial buildings. It's very clear that HVAC represents the largest opportunity to reduce consumption and lower costs with
45% of total energy usage coming from HVAC operations, in addition up to 30% of the buildings energy consumption today is wasted yet the issue with most Energy Efficiency upgrades and solutions available in the market today is that they require significant cat backs in our limping time to implement. HVAC operations also directly impact occupant Comfort. This is extremely important as a directly correlates to tenant wellness and sentiment in the ability to attract and retain high-quality tenants self-driving cars are using artificial intelligence to make hundreds of
predictions as to what's going to happen in the future in order to drive the car in the most efficient and safest manner are preemptive and how it drives the car. But now imagine if it drove in an entirely reactive Manor, what would that look like? It would be like driving a car with the windshield covered up and only being able to see out the rearview mirror and side windows. Will this is exactly how HVAC systems are being driven in commercial buildings today. They are entirely reactive schedule base rule-based system, which means they're fixed and definitely not adopted it as we
know building environments are Dynamic and always changing. Our main objective similar to how AI is being applied in self-driving cars is to use the technology to have an HVAC system rather than operate as it does today again, which is purely reactive to temperature events that have already occurred to ship that approach. The one where the AI is able to predict the temperature in each zone of the building 2 3 4 hours ahead of time and
