Hello, I'm Travis Perkins Vice President of Customer Experience at Join, and today we will be talking about creating flexibility and connectivity in data for re-occupancy. We have a couple of guests with us as well. We will get right into it. What is Join? We are a smart building and workplaces really all-in-one. So think about it from a connect secure sense and automate perspective. The reality is what we're providing is faster more reliable more secure and easier to manage internet Wi-Fi. And of course VPN now that's the connect aspect once you're connected. How do we

actually secure it? A big portion of that is not only basic things like Internet security. So individual user authentication and firewalls and things like that, but it's so much about making sure that the right traffic the right day to go to the right places. And part of that is also then sensing and automating. From the sense and automate perspective. It's really about providing richer real-time analytics. But also something that's much more approachable for building owners and operators as something that they can really get value out of day one. At Join we're always delivered as a service
