Thank you, Kathy. Thank you. Good morning, or good afternoon everyone. It's a pleasure for me to be joining you as well and to speak to you a little bit about what's happening in the mining sector in Canada, including as a result of covid-19.

So some three decades ago a well-known political scientist in writer claims that the history of the world as we have known it was over but as we've seen over the past few months these words have echoed around the globe as many have attempted to forecast. What is the new normal or the new reality the covid-19 crisis affected people's everyday lives no matter in which country they live economies are struggling as both demand and Supply have decreased in some cases grinding to a halt. However, what history has taught us is that humankind is adaptable to

every kind of challenge we face. The mining in the street around the world has been seriously affected by covid-19. This is ranged from some industry Giants being forced to temporarily to stop or reduce their operations down to maintenance only to exploration companies activities being fully halted in many jurisdictions the ability of the latter group to obtain the capital needed to develop their projects will be greatly impacted by the speed of recovery of Financial and commodity markets. It is important for us to discuss today the future of the mining industry

including these new Financial realities and that context I'd like to welcome the participation of a representative of the Toronto Stock Exchange Mr.
