Tim is a mining engineer with 30 years’ experience in the mining industry. At SRK, he manages feasibility studies, and reviews projects and operations for due diligence studies and Competent Persons reports. Tim has worked in a number of engineering and management roles in gold, diamonds, and base metal operations in South Africa, Australia, and in Europe. He serves as a director of SRK UK, is managing director of the company's Nordic practices and has worked with clients in this region for many years.

• Jim has 40 years of experience in researching the international metals and mining industries • Jim Lennon worked at Macquarie from 1994 to 2013. He left Macquarie in June 2013 and set up his own consulting company, Red Door Research Ltd. The consulting company specialises in the economic analysis of hard commodity markets. Jim remains a part-time consultant to Macquarie. • Until June 2013, he was Chairman of Commodities at Macquarie, having worked for Macquarie for 19 years. He founded and headed up a 10 person research team in London, Singapore and Shanghai which serviced the equity, LME trading and corporate advisory divisions of the bank with steel, coal, metals and minerals research and market intelligence. • Jim and his team at Macquarie were regularly ranked number one in various surveys of commodities research among equity investors for over a decade. • Prior to Macquarie, Jim worked for 10 years at CRU International, where he headed up a team specialising in Special steels (including stainless steel) and steelmaking alloys (mainly manganese, silicon, chrome, nickel and molybdenum). While at CRU, Jim also undertook major studies on metallurgical coal and iron ore. • Jim’s current major specialisations are the main base metals and steel industries and their raw materials including nickel, chrome, molybdenum, iron ore and coking coal. • Before joining CRU, Jim worked as a marketing analyst at New Zealand Steel. Keith Rowe-Wilson joined the team at Euro Lithium in December 2019 to direct the company's corporate development strategy for the development of their Valjevo Lithium and Boron Project in Serbia. Keith has over 15 years of experience in the metals & mining sector having worked across the banks, trading houses, and mining houses in marketing, trading, and structured financing. Keith bring's an array of commercial skills to the table such as strategic and corporate development, market analysis, stakeholder management, deal origination and structuring, and contract & termsheet negotiation and finalisation. Keith holds a BSc (Honours) from the University of Greenwich and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business.

Chris has been an independent analyst since 2009 with a focus on Energy Metals supply chains including lithium, cobalt, graphite, vanadium, and rare earths. His advisory work provides strategic insights to asset managers, banks, corporates and academia and has a specific focus on how disruptive trends in energy, strategic metals, and technology create opportunities. Before shifting focus to analysis of these trends, Chris gained twelve years of capital markets experience on both the buy side and sell side. He has visited and performed economic analysis of metals deposits on six continents and has been featured in multiple media outlets including the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, the South China Morning Post and CNN International providing insights around raw material supply chain dynamics. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration in finance with an international focus from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from The Virginia Military Institute.

Chris Bray BEng, MAusIMM(CP) has 23 years’ international experience, managing and contributing to a wide range of multidisciplinary technical mine studies, due diligence, operational support and international reporting projects. He has a strong operational background in underground and open pit mines and seeks to determine optimal and practical solutions for Clients based on their goals. In recent feasibility studies, Chris has worked with multidisciplinary teams to assess and understand the potential for battery-electric equipment on underground mining projects.

Stephen Gifford joined the Faraday Institution in March 2019. His focus is on making the organisation the go-to place for insights into the technological, economic and social benefits of batteries and electrical energy storage. He is developing techno-economic models of supply, demand and cost, covering both global and the UK markets. Stephen has over 25 years of economics experience, including as the Chief Economist at Grant Thornton, the Director of Economics at the CBI and as a senior economist at KPMG, Oxford Economics and the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit. Prior to joining the Faraday Institution, Stephen was Head of Economic Regulation at the Civil Aviation Authority, where he focused on the regulation of Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and the development of the new runway at Heathrow. Stephen is currently a Commissioner in the National Infrastructure Commission for Wales. Stephen brings particular skills and expertise in economic policy, transport economics, infrastructure, market assessment and the role of the public sector. He has a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool and a MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics.

Mr Garcia received his first M. Sc. (Geology) from University of Oviedo. A second M. Sc. was received from University of Turku (Ore Geology). He has started his career in 2010 working in different exploration projects at INMET Mining, First Quantum Minerals and University of Turku. From 2015 onward has worked in mining industry at Sudvaranger Gruve As and Terrafame Oy. In 2018 he has been appointed Head of Mine Geology at Terrafame Oy. Mr Garcia is specialized in mineral resource and geometallurgical modelling, mine-to-mill feed control and brownfield exploration.
