Stan believes design is a unique opportunity to problem-solve creatively while synthesizing a wide range of internal and external influences that – when successful – yield elegant, even sublime solutions. Great designs are derived directly from their function, with specific influences from their time, place and culture.Stan joined RMW in 2007, and was named President in 2020. His humility and vision in assuming this role underscore his leadership approach, which is one of service to both the RMW family and the professional architectural and design community at large. Among his many industry affiliations, Stan is a member and immediate past president of the AIASF Board of Directors and serves as the director of the San Francisco 2030 District.Stan cultivates passion and excellence in the workplace by fostering a deeply collaborative approach, bringing differing perspectives to the table, and remembering that the best ideas don’t always come from the person with the most experience. Energized by the depth and breadth of RMW talent, Stan encourages his teams to develop innovative design solutions by urging them to employ multiple perspectives, utilizing both a creative and technical lens.

Is there a city that's clearly in the lead in the digital twin space that's really taken the technology to I'll say the next level and leveraging a text when you get towards the goal of the talk that we're talking about and end the New Mexico project sounds like it's on the way but it's just starting up. But it is there a city that's already adopted a digital twin infrastructure that's driving

realities towards the MacArthur neutrality and then some reason Dubai comes to mind but you know other devices may be there. I'm sure this time and I could both talked about one or two examples. Yeah, I was thinking of actually doing pretty well. So sorry for So I guess the challenges of what a digital twin seem to be doing pretty well without agendas. It's been kind of a natural because of the amount of new city building that's happened in Asia and their scale of it. I think that

the appetite for trying Next Generation technologies that are more transformation numbers is greater and that's been the case for the better part of thirty years and as such we have seen a lot of the activities so follows all the Innovation and adoption and I think though that you know the turning point in Europe I think is nefarious reasons, but well ahead of where we have been traditionally for a number of reasons thought Hopefully we'll be able
