The tenant experience has changed. Before COVID-19 hit, the tenant experience revolved around flashy amenities designed to supplement the core building experience. As the pandemic has caused the entire CRE industry to take a step back and shift priorities, property managers need to adapt to accommodate a new set of needs.

Okay, looks like we're at 11 so I will get started, and hopefully, folks can hear me looks like we have a few books in the session. Welcome to this discussion about the re-occupancy hierarchy of needs. I'm Scott Sidman, Executive Vice President for Building Engines. It's my pleasure to be here this morning have this opportunity to participate in the event with CREtech and to share some insights that hopefully folks will find valuable and helpful. I'm actually going to save you any further suffering of having to look at me and in me
screen and will share it as I take you through some of those ideas in the time we had this morning and look forward to any chance to make men in the opportunity 10 to 2 to help folks. I want to start with a little statistic in 2018 and CBRE’s America's occupier survey 81% of corporate occupiers perceived amenities as internal to the employee experience and encourage landlords and other service providers to enhance this offerings. So what's the takeaway here is what a difference a couple of years and a pandemic makes and that's the contact for what we want to talk about this morning. We have a short time.
