Gary Chimwa is the founder of FUTURE:Proptech and manages the day to day running of the business. He is considered one of the most influential PropTech founders with a great reputation in the industry. NYC’s Duke Long listed Gary as one of the top PropTech leaders to follow on LinkedIn and Gary was also on Onalytica’s list of ‘Top Proptech Influencers’ this year as well as Land Insights influencers list. Gary’s vision and future thinking allows for some of the most creative events in the industry. Gary founded FUTURE:PropTech in January 2015, long before most people started using the term PropTech.

I'm Gary Chimwa, the Managing Director here at CREtech. So thank you for joining us from wherever you are in the world last week we had a fantastic three-day event focused on the USA and we set the record is the largest event focused on sustainability in real estate and this huge turnout proves. Just how important this topic of sustainability and climate change has become to everyone in our industry.
