MyMynd enables early, targeted intervention for those in need, and proactively supports individuals to improve their overall wellbeing, unlocking the potential to thrive.Henry most recently led Innovation Gateway, an award-winning alliance of leading corporations, working together to get ahead of climate impacts of their buildings and built environment. He previously held senior roles with Mars, Johnson & Johnson, Twentieth Century Fox and served as an advisor to the World Health Organisation (WHO).Henry is also aVisiting Fellow of the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at the Said Business School, University of Oxford where he leads programmes on leadership, innovation, resilience and ‘SDGs& Business’. Good afternoon. Welcome, everybody. Thank you for joining me and this afternoon session on the power of well-being getting ahead of mental health in our new work environment. My name is Dr. Henry Majed and I am the Co-founder of MyMynd and a sense of social entrepreneurship at side business school at the University of Oxford, you may see me presenting last year at my history. Well, share it with you. This is a very personal journey and a very personal story for me. So I initially started my career as a neurologist within the NHS
Lexington problems looking internally. I stepped away from that to have a bigger impact working on sustainability trying to have a large label external impact. For the last five years. I was running a company called the Innovation Gateway a collaboration of large corporates may bring them to be more sustainable and the impact on businesses and individuals as a result and I recently sat up MyMynd to help clean the rising challenge of mental health about being intensified by
COVID-19 in lockdown MyMynd and Mabel's Early Childhood Intervention today's in need and proactively supports individuals to improve their resiliency well-being unlocks the potential strike. So this afternoon will take some time to explore one of the greatest challenges that we're facing right now the new work environment will examine what this means and how it might affect us consider a powerful opportunity to protect our most valuable asset. I will the workforce so much from this situation stronger than before.
