David joined Argent in 1990, he was appointed Joint Chief Executive in 2006 and Managing Partner of the new Argent LLP in 2012. Madeleine McDougall is the Managing Director, Global Head of the Real Estate & Housing team at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking. Maddie joined the bank in November 2014 as Head of Institutional, having previously been Head of International clients at pbb, where she covered Europe wide real estate financing from 2011-2014. Melanie joined the British Property Federation in 2015, following nine years as Director General of the Food and Drink Federation.Melanie began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service. She joined HM Customs in 1988 and subsequently held senior roles in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, the Office of the Rail Regulator and the Cabinet Office.
