We're going to kick off can everyone hear me? Welcome. Everyone who has joined me here today. I'm delighted to be chairing the session at CREtech's panel on Reimagining Real Estate Sustainability the European Perspective. I'm joined by three panelists Claire Rick from Assura Plc. Greg Dewerpe from A/O Proptech and Victoria Hill from PROMIND Group. And my name is Faisal, Founder, and CEO at Pi Labs. We're very active investors in proptech across the UK in Europe and sustainability is an important thing for us that we're actively investigating. I'm

Why has real estate has been low the overall conversation on sustainability given the overall impact. It has on carbon emissions if we compare us transportation agricultural oil and gas the conversation on sustainability has been going on I'll be there to help you can comment you either you represent Assura Real Estate Group or beat for whom social impact inability.
