Dr. Wale Sulaiman CEO, Chairman RNZ Global Ltd & Founder RNZ Foundation. Prof. Sulaiman is recognized as one of the best spine surgeons in the USA and is skilled in the application of minimally invasive techniques to treat spinal disorders. With a PhD in Neuroscience, he is actively involved in neuroscience research and heads the Laboratory for Neural Regeneration at Ochsner Medical Center. Professor Sulaiman is a renowned leader in healthcare, and a member of the American College of Physician Executives. His broad range of experiences have earned him recognition locally, nationally, and internationally. For over the past decade, he has been actively involved in improving the quality of healthcare in Nigeria. He has used his influence and expertise to bring modern neurosurgery and spine care to several neurosurgery practices (both at private hospitals and government teaching hospitals) in the country. Prof. Sulaiman is currently Ochsner’s Medical Director of International Medicine for the African Region. As a well-respected thought leader on the country’s healthcare challenges, Prof. Sulaiman acts as an advisor to Nigerian ministries of health at the state and federal levels. He founded RNZ Global with the belief that, “There are a tremendous number of brilliant Nigerians in diaspora who will significantly contribute to raising the standard of healthcare in Nigeria.”

Brian Hamilton, is a recognized pioneer and leader in market acceptance and in the deployment of Internet of Things, augmented and virtual reality (AR and VR), and wearable computing technologies in healthcare, education, automotive, consumer packaged goods, oil and gas, power and utilities, transportation and logistics, IT and telecom, industrial manufacturing and entertainment verticals.Brian most recently was co-founder and Chief Business / Revenue Officer for RealWear Inc., which developed the HMT-1®, a ruggedized head-mounted wearable Android tablet for industry. While in this leadership role, Brian established a global sales force, ISV partner and channel reseller network and successfully drove product adoption in over 57 countries growing RealWear from concept stage to the world leader in market share in industrial wearables. While in this role at RealWear the organization grew from four to over 130 employees, established two domestic and five international offices and raised more than $100 million in capital.Previously Brian served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at DAQRI which raised over $140 million in capital from venture and family offices and which pioneered the commercialization of Augmented Reality. Brian has also been involved in pioneering VR technology in the field of sports simulation and was a co-founder of a micro-transaction platform connecting commerce and celebrities which was privately sold in 2011.

Ted DellaVecchia is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Symbotix, a management consulting group that inspires and leads IT-enabled business reinventions at large academic medical centers, national payers, health systems/alliances, and other influential organizations in the healthcare industry. Prior to Symbotix, Ted was Chief Healthcare Strategist at Red Hat where he laid the foundational building blocks of the open source, “LinuxForHealth” synergy initiative in conjunction with IBM Corporation. Earlier in his career, Ted led digitally-enabled industry pivots while establishing breakaway operating models at several Fortune 100 enterprises across multiple industries. Examples include: CIO at IBM Corporation, SVP/CIO of Starbucks Coffee Company, and SVP/ CIO and general manager of three Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance companies (WellPoint, CareFirst, and Capital BlueCross). Ted is the founding chairman of the Healthcare Industry Transformation Project (HITP). Established in 2010, the HITP is a digital-health innovation ecosystem of early-adopting healthcare organizations collaborating to design and execute digital transformation of the healthcare industry. He has served as sponsor and advisory board member of the Center for Information Systems Research at MIT Sloan School of Management, has performed as guest lecturer at MIT Sloan’s Industrial Liaison Program.

Richard M. Montmeny PhD, CEO, California Rehabilitation Institute. He has over 30 years’ experience in health care across several environments. His career includes private practice physical therapy owner, consulting business entrepreneur, educator and clinician in an academic medical center, and hospital operations in a community hospital. He has also lead payment innovation and care redesign efforts essential to improving population health. He currently serves as chair of the Provider Advisory Council for Gold Coast Medi Cal Health Plan and as an advisory board member Zebra Technologies Healthcare Division. Rich has a doctorate in kinesiology from the University of Connecticut. He has also completed a post-graduate program in General Management at Harvard Business School. Rich enjoys spending time with his wife of 36 years and two grown children playing golf and snowboarding.
