Wonderful. All right. Thank you. So today we're going to be talking about agile and how that relates to iot and we're going to be covering our first up the top reasons. Why iot projects fail, then we're going to look at it, Face-Off between waterfall and agile, and then we're going to jump into in a at a very tactical level. What are the 10 steps that we typically go through to deliver on an iot project and just to take a quick step back. My I think it's important to kind of Baseline my perspective my perspective on iot in on a choosing a development

methodology comes from us doing hundreds of these projects. And so one of the benefits of us being a iot product design and development firm is that client IRS in clients range from freshly minted startups through Fortune 1000 companies, and so we get to Cielo and we get to see and have a lot of repetition. With process and figure out what works what doesn't work. What are the things that are going to likely increase the probability of success and so on and so forth. So based on all that experience. These are kind of the 10-step we go through installing a natural

process to get a frankly help improve the rate of success which takes us to one of the reasons why we're talking here today. Is that a huge amount of iot projects fail either they they don't make it past the pilot stage they fail in getting to the pilot stage. There's a huge failure rate in iot and we think that you know, there's there's room for fixing that also impasse presentations. We've we've kind of used to know some like high high production stock photography when I was putting this presentation together. I was

feeling like 20 20 is really heavy year until I pulled out all the stock photography and we're going with the a different theme. Chelsea so
