This presentation explores current service assurance practices, the drivers for real-time analytics and what the future holds. The digital transformation and Industry 4.0 are bringing tremendous change and many historical methods of network service operation will become less effective. When one closes one eyes and imagines a world of 1 trillion sensors and individual network operations managing > 1 billion sensors the scaling challenge is obvious. Automation with analytics becomes essential as does the necessity for real-time due to the dynamic nature of advance networks utilizing SDN, network slicing and self-healing. Will explore the challenges, how they can be addressed and what the future holds as we are just at the infancy of the digital transformation of the IoT industry with many exciting possibilities ahead. The presentation will cover both public and private networks and explore the customer experience in terms of M2M and H2M and the various business service needs. Finally customer testimonials will be included, will do my best to have it recorded vs quote.

Welcome. My name is Michael McAllen founder and CEO cheetah networks, and I'm here today to talk to you about the value of actionable real-time iot Network analytics and the applicability and both public networks and private networks and what I mean by that is telecommunication companies that the Enterprise industrial will include oil and gas mining utilities banking government example, smart cities and what I will discuss the changes that are going on that require us to deliver
quality of experience Realty service and and not just quality of service. The future is clear every machine going to be connected to a cloud whether that's a public Cloud a private cloud or hybrid. And the experience that we're delivering to people for my OT is an automated one. We're going to eliminate trivial tasks from our lives. We need to do better than what we've been doing. Typically. What we've done is best effort on r i o t Services infrastructure. It's not five nines and what I
mean by always available, maybe a few minutes of downtime a year, but always are you could always trust on it and what we're not satisfied globally with our Cellular Connection quality more and more machine connections are coming out of these networks dwarfing the human Connections in a few years and a lot of these Services coming on our mission critical. Our current systems are Antiquated. They were driven based on a packet Network and quality of service where they work ramidus for quality service and symmetric and you're trying to measure and
