How AI can benefit from having a more diverse and inclusive team
It is a well-accepted fact that diverse teams with different worldviews, cultures, and thought processes are more innovative, creative, and perform at higher levels than those that lack this diversity. Applying this same learning to AI, it is important that AI models are also built by and learn from a diverse team. Moreover, it is a moral imperative, because it ensures fairness. How can organizations build such diverse AI teams and help make their AI more robust and fair? Join a select group of senior industry executives in this 60-minute roundtable which includes a panel discussion to brainstorm and exchange ideas.
