About speaker
Jenna is the Cofounder and CEO of Streambed - a media company dedicated to redefining the way we attest to the ownership, rights, and tracking points of content on the Internet. Founded with Age of Cryptocurrency author Michael J. Casey; Streambed leverages the blockchain to link content on the Internet together, illustrating derivative pathways and delivering better analytics to publishers about their online footprint (though agencies and companies find this most useful). Streambed is blessed to be in the midst of the 10-month blockchain cohort of the Creative Destruction Lab - one of the most prestigious tech accelerators in the world with streams in Quantum Computing, Space, AI, Blockchain and CPG. Formerly Jenna was the Director of Partnerships at Bloq Inc., a blockchain company building tools to make it easier for organizations to build on public blockchains. In her previous life, Jenna was the Director of Business Development at the $multi-million Blockchain Research Institute, founded in March 2017 by Don Tapscott and Alex Tapscott, coauthors of Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology Behind Bitcoin is Changing Money, Business, and the World. Jenna was brought on by the Tapscott Group in 2015 to be the hype-master for Blockchain Revolution, which has now become a bestseller in Canada and has been translated into 18 languages. Jenna holds a BBA in Finance from Trent University, and completed her first Ironman 70.3 Triathlon this summer. She co-founded her first com
