About speakers
I’m a life-long entrepreneur excited by architecting products and businesses with healthy demand potential. Active listening is my superpower. It allows me to visualize patterns and opportunities that otherwise appear inconsequential. My brain easily synthesizes chaotic data into meaningful and actionable insights. I’ve honed the skill of asking thoughtful questions that reveal key customer pains, needs, and buying motives that culminate in sales. On a team, you will find me asking "why?" and developing repeatable processes while leading by example those wanting to design our future. Specialties: I'm in my element working on the big picture strategic analysis and assessing market and industry attractiveness. I thrive seeking to understand and learn customer needs. I'm very comfortable with quantitative and qualitative primary and secondary research methods. I focus on the details when translating customer insights into product attributes, defining and prioritizing features and capabilities to create product requirements and engineering specifications that customers will buy. I'm a natural integrating mechanism, easily understanding how all the details fit together and get things done by working cross-functionally on products, projects, programs or market launches aimed at selling products in worldwide markets.
