About speakers
Jean-Jacques Quisquater is one of the most prolific cryptographers in the world. In 2020 he has joined NGRAVE as an advisor. Quisquater was referenced in the original Bitcoin white paper and has co-authored 220 scientific papers and owns 20 patents. He designed the cryptographic CORSAIR and FAME coprocessors from Philips and NXP, which are used in 85 percent of electronic passports in the world. He also designed the GQ protocol now used in hundreds of millions of computers. He is a professor emeritus at Université catholique de Louvain in Brussels.
