Expert witness and legal opinions for African public procurement and development bank (MDB) procurement matters.Blockchain enthusiast/realist and expert.Keynote and conference speaker on public procurement, anti-corruption and blockchain.Scholar and researcher with over 50 academic publications, including four books on public procurement law and policy.Has taught law at the University of Nottingham and the University of Stirling and has been a visiting scholar at the universities of Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Lagos. Also worked in policy formulation and advocacy on ethics, good governance and economics as the head of research at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group in Lagos.

Prof. Elegbe is the Deputy Director of the African Procurement Law Unit at Stellenbosch University.
Her topic was Public Procurement, Corruption and Blockchain Technology: A Preliminary (Legal) Inquiry.
