Daniel is the Head of Blockchain Innovation Lab of FORMS, a leading digital technology services provider to Hong Kong’s virtual banks. He is currently spearheading innovations and promoting blockchain technology education and industry collaboration across financial and technology communities across Asia.Prior to joining FORMS in 2019, Daniel was a Blockchain Engineer and Researcher at crypto.com. He also is the Founder of DAA Fund, a private fund that adopts arbitraging strategies across global digital asset exchanges, which pledges 7% of the returns for setting up FinTech scholarships for local universities. He is an early adopter and investor in multiple DeFi projects and is passionate in the ways of how bridging private and public blockchain innovations may co-create a better FinTech future.His previous journeys also involve working in asset management analysis and strategies for RBC and Dah Sing, and being a serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur in the fashion, education, and social enterprise sectors in Hong Kong.

Linda is the CEO and co-founder of Zocial Earn, an influencer and referral marketing platform in Hong Kong. She previously worked as the technical project manager at Credit Suisse. She is a full-stack developer with smart contract experience, and passionate about leveraging blockchain technology to solve economic and social issues such as the implementation of Universal Basic Income.

Adrian Lai is the CEO of Liquefy and manages the overall operations and resources of Liquefy. He is an angel investor in FinTech startups with specific interest in AR, VR, blockchain and artificial intelligence.Outside of work, Adrian is a trainer for the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute on security tokens, blockchain technology and digital asset courses. Meanwhile, he is a guest lecturer for Ivey School of Business MBA program. He is also a fintech committee member of Invotech, a do-tank (not just a think-tank) dedicated to promote and support positive changes in Hong Kong through innovation and technology. Meanwhile, Adrian is a columnist at SCMP and Jumpstart media on blockchain technology; he has been interviewee / commentator for Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes and Bloomberg Businessweek.Before being an entrepreneur, Adrian worked at BlackRock for 3+ years. His last role at BlackRock was an ESG analyst where he worked with chairmen and board members from 100+ listed companies across Asia on issues such as corporate governance, corporate actions (e.g. M&A), cybersecurity and climate change risk. Adrian also worked at Marketing Team where he coordinated and delivered marketing strategies for retail and private bank clients.

Frankie is an international technology lawyer qualified in Hong Kong, New York, and England & Wales. Her practice covers a wide array of commercial and tech-related matters, including significant technology outsourcing transactions, Fintech, Regtech and blockchain services agreements and data privacy matters.Frankie is a member of the Vetting Committee of Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Commission’s General Support Programme, where she advises the Government on merits of technology projects. She is on the advisory board of the Stanford University’s Responsible Digital Leadership project. She teaches Regtech and Fintech programmes at postgraduate degrees, and has extensive experience sharing at professional bodies’ CPD programmes and industry conferences. Frankie has mentored distributed ledger technology companies at accelerator programmes.

Rico Tang is Senior Manager, Blockchain and RegTech Lead, FinTech Cluster. Rico Tang is in charge of developing Cyberport Blockchain and RegTech Eco-system among different stakeholders including start-up, mid-sized and established players by driving strategic initiatives, collaboration and community building.Mr. Tang has over 20 years of experience in financial technology, exchange business, global market data, regional business management and pension fund. Prior to joining Cyberport, he was the founder of a HK based blockchain technology company; and had also held various senior positions in global financial technology company and financial institutions, including Thomson Reuters and Reuters Hong Kong Fund Management.Mr. Tang holds a BA. (Hon) degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Essex, and a Master degree in Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong.
