Hello everyone and welcome and we are at the arms, ask Thomas where we have a chance to meet at one of the finalists of the community and try and Tackle these challenges using I have a week to develop at a challenge that we all a system unit with a domestic violence whenever you're looking forward to hearing your pitch and your story. Pictures of Lena. My life depends on it and I almost gave up my journey to hell and back began 12 years ago, my baby girl, I know that she was

every bit, it helps me to see the truth Cute. Lucky individual. What does Loft on 30% of people, just in the UK all experience death and had much better than consensus? Ameritox. You I'm sorry, we are ahead, make a change. So mechel 2020, the year of Revelation song make would it be your destruction? But passionately all cases, you would refer to as of now. We should be able to be stay. Will join the team did I? I could have two phones ring out Easter break.

I need to learn some new skills and Advance our knowledge on AI technology. Since it's supposed to be a tremendous tremendous call about future as well as this, we realize how much of an issue domestic abuse was and how it was affecting the lives of seven people during the hospital with a drastic amount of research about the topic to try and a distribution. The rising number of cases of domestic violence will rock you with the youngest tent when there's all the sporty, realizing the huge potential to make a difference in the world. All seems to out to make Hustler

mariachi. She done quietly asked once before and I thought like 15 people could really be the best team of you can have going forward because we all bring something completely different management skills have an MVP by the obit. Contains multiple features that we built it. Ourselves hopeful hair looks and works like a calculator, but if found it, will say it functions as a calculator in Greenhaven. Chapel. And it's named Haven, which is a place of safety, a microphone, which discreetly records most looking like a calculator and that's what is a diary and immediate helplines the

victim can use them. Wheels that are having disguise 2 on the app that abuses cannot easily. Find the app on the victim's phone or device, and as well as that, it comes with ux design, writing a calm atmosphere, and positive energy education. Also plays a massive role as we believe that so many people don't know and can't help themselves because they are. So unaware of the features and organisations are actually available to them. Especially people with children, as they may be too scared to leave their

abuser for the sake of the child. We have her clothes and Powerful messages to help support the victim and we so that I could help as it could allow those who are in her arms to access help any given time with that phone or device as well as instruction them and sign and placing them to the correct phone number and website. And we hope that this will work to reduce the number numbers of domestic violence. As more people will be rightly informed, take actions to change the situation. so as you can imagine what

kind of footsteps to come by, so you thought on the couch or even if I'm not sure that I used yet, Also we created the research a man. She saw two of a project of domestic violence the hackathon was now just admit top for which we could just do. I did win the competition. Feeding box on an ounce of Pop. The top five groups and gone to the amazing opportunity is speaking here at the Young Summit. Much more user testing has gone into the idea of the app is well off to creating a minimum viable product to ensure that purple home is used for an easy-to-use on the sun

stressful circumstances. We also potentially she says from the concept being used for having potential user, testing with implementing more features to help out uses in as many ways as possible, such as multilingual to see, with her own building, a website design in adopting, when using content we intend to tell me about continuous use a test. And the future is domestic abuse is forever changing issue, which will be affecting people closing. With the help of our mental, as good as strong, Chandra lay, not your hand, and then I set it up. So now we've received advice

on business design and political aspects of this event in contact, with different members of the Phoenix project. Purple heart is beating right by fascination. what makes him so unique is that it's not as well as cultural. We have many other unique features that many apps don't have increasing security which we mentioned before attending and Liza, and AI chatbot Tipsy for empowerment fund pricing to specific communities. Better access ability as what is a calming

and Serene ux design to make the uses of the app, feel welcome and appreciated as available to as many people as possible hurt behind will be a nap. So obviously free of charge, how about to continue to help eviction to stay here because Aunt accounting costs of security update. Legality is the estimated cost of starting up and maintaining the Apple be around 75,000 which we received from any Bronco fans and Partnerships. If there are any interested stakeholders, please do get in contact with us.

Men technical maintenance marketing legal costs and then any miscellaneous costs as well. In a few months, we had to have a app running and functioning as well as receiving a few of the clowns that we can do at testing specifically, in Redbridge, which is our local area in 6 months to a year time, we plan to return to the app to be circulated through England and have messed with funding to make it sustainable. And in love for you two to three years time, we have to see this app, helping people all over the UK and hopefully planning to

make it credible, as well as being partnered with a quote, for a company to carry phones and cost and improving Basinger credibility as a company. Another big long time ago, that we have for a few more years down, the line is that have professionals on the other side of us gave them so that they can receive professional guidance along with much more funding. This will go for a few years on what and our success will be determined by the number of downloads of we are completely pray as much as before. Watching learning for this entire process of incredible.

Amazing people as well as how to interact with different people of various jobs and professionalism. And not to mention all the galaxies and design Implement such as the top Essence, in which individuals in the future to the knowledge of so many skills at the young age of 15 return to implement these skills for the rest of our lives. Old making our passion project at the mobile car has been a lot of time effort and lots of understanding or part as part of the process, as well as learning a lot more as well. Be immensely believe that we can make a difference if we

have the correct guidance support and willpower to make a real change. Thank you for listening. Thank you so much team, always a real pleasure to you to meet you and hear your story about a few questions, very easy designs to do with domestic violence. Planned with has looked different out of challenges on offer like climate change and you know there is a psycho and domestic violence. When we were first introduced the hackathon, we did have a list of five different cartridges that we could choose from and we wanted, as well as

learning new skills and doing everything like that. We wanted something that could stay with us for the rest of our life. We can actually help with. Hard. Like it wasn't anything that we can really relate to. And then we started reading the news to find me, why did I meant? Domestic abuse has become very apparent in the news because they are having trouble finding help. What about this job and not the knockdown had all these negative effects is what is trying to stop the coronavirus from spreading. The real story and

then we looked back to ourselves and we really appreciate the position that we were in and saved. We could do on a day-to-day basis. So I'm so glad to help stop instead of making it and we got some amazing help that was so grateful for it was compared compared to anything else that we can relate to Write a challenging during the hackathon and experience. And what did he find my phone itself? Well what was quite hard that she was kind of making sure everything everyone was on track and everyone was doing what they were supposed to do. Cuz I

seen that we were talking about leave and it seems like me in person because you can communicate with each other and making sure that we all remember that we had of you can have a meeting at this time to start walking or things moving, but I think I kind of felt like our team. She was like impossible times. People inject oxycodone as everyone else is going to teach you that make the effects of Education, take away from this experience. Hannah well. Sorry, could you repeat that? You can't have it

the glasses from the coronavirus, pandemic will shape the future of Education. Certificate with you moving forward in the education. Well, that's been many more skills, diving everyone has none and they can be used during and after education. So for example, people have to spend a lot more independent and like they talked to manage that X Factor blade and just like like learn to communicate without with all the lights disco teas that was going on as well as this people who are able to adapt. And we're going to be able to adapt to situations in the future. And now because we've

had a like an experience we going to have moved back up plans and an idea what we will do in the future. But there's also been like advantages such as like we're getting use more technology and people just used to using technology now which is extremely important. Since technology is projected, to be like a huge part of the future. I just gained an appreciation for the small things like just watching and it cost from together off a student and appreciation of just friends being able to see your friend communicate

with them. Yeah, this is a very diverse team and everyone of you. And why should we be concerned about Severus to see your face right now. She's kind of like giving people to see at the table, I know it's a lot of them to actually be part of their ideas and kind of implanted if necessary. I kind of feel like diversity is very important with my give one example. That was a possible. Possible picture and I forgot to take a picture and you send me a picture of your passport picture so they can accept or decline the picture that you sent them. So I think the

passports going to take me to climb, someone pick up what it was just cuz it wasn't program to recognize dark skin tone or it was smiling or something. You just made by not afraid by fast team. They were unable to go ride and make sure okay. Does this product I think the grass is important especially now because we are the future. We are Libra centipedes are going to be in the table to be used by everyone and not just missing outside people. That's why I think I'm asking

for was what does diversity mean to you? And why is it important? I think diversity, it brings people of different kinds together and I think that's really important because different people have different Opportunities and different sizes and different skills as well. And I think bringing that with together is what makes the best team because you going to have a lot of different views from different people. And that's what makes your product so much better, or just having everyone from the same races. It's not going to get a mixed opinion on those mixed-use and mixed

info and it's just not going to create a better product. I also agree because people's opinions when he because everyone thinks differently and the mobile diversity man, the more opinions you can gather. So when you are coming together to create Solutions like we were and like many people are really realizing they need to do to. You can just come up with solutions that can solve a problem. In ways you may not have thought I could have been solved. Yeah do you have any specific

examples, why you felt technology when you know it's wrong and the half the problem about the teams went off quite as divers. Do you know of any I think I was going to say the one that posted as well about the possible. It's Connor and stuff like that but I do think during so diversity to me as always be like appreciation of different changes and stuff and I think your personal journeys of trying to find a solution to domestic violence. We possibly came across. What the result was a diversity and changes and all done. He's so when we were

walking together, we had different ideas and see all whole team as diverse as well. So we also and had different inside the different parts of the solution of others that didn't think about it. I all Community finds it. More difficult to come out about domestic violence and stuff like that because of the way I created and stuff like that, on the different upbringings in the different experiences that we have. Contacts to make it more to make that solution more table for everyone to make up. Do you have any

specific steps all recommendations for the industry mirror? I think in the freezer if we start off with hackathons cuz I like learning and everything about that, where it really begins. So I believe that you should like, like you do Elena. I think that should be different people, like different voice, different girls, different cultures everyone in the team you should try and make it will generate fool and different office and everyone, I think Luther. When is the, where is very imposing my in schools that has people that come

to do to open everything on the more people, we can get out to the bathtub, they're all busy cuz they'll find interest in it and they'll be more people applying. I think it was so important for the employers and the employees out in the lot for as well. So if you have to try and look for a question of the employee, the name, all the skin color of the race, ethnicity You strong enough. Because if you are sad and race and you already feel like the races in Syria, then it's not going to do you any justice when you go

out and try and make the job. So we have to be the best that we can me and him to try hard enough. Definitely, I know you have a lot to answer the stupid and in particular. How can we Democrats has access to your technology Technologies like a wife, I left. But what should we do to make the technology accessible to everyone knows you the very few who have gold accent lighting. The, I believe that make sure that we can get like the tech more diverse like in the future. I think that we should kind of zoom in on the younger generation and give them

opportunity. So I think that people got all kind of less privileged that don't really have access to everything that you would. I didn't think so. I think in the middle of you from different backgrounds, they kind of have pots that make kind of fit into you. So I thought like your engineer that kind of stuff but I just think that text should be, I didn't even consider check on. However, I was given the opportunity that actually goes to a workshop on these hospital. And from there, I kind

of discovered this when I was giving up Tuesday, So, I think that if we give opportunities like reaching out to people, that were watching, given opportunities to learn unless privilege stuff like holding happy fun holding workshops people that off and really, just opening the doors attack people in sinful decision, being more diverse. And just as he was about, Honda Odyssey people from across the actual employee. Plus I think it's so important to focus on the younger generation because we need, we need those people to be, glad to be able to be

employed about, Encourage more young, women Seabright embraced technology and a problem young women who have never heard of before you have been in the same situation before it is. Do you want to stop? And then we'll go from there. From UCF to Hana. In that order, I remember when Paula approached me about hackathon and she texted me the day before and she was like, hey, this is talk about, you want to go for it and I'll ask my dad. I was like, she was like, yeah,

just go for it. So I started the journey has been so incredible. I never thought I never be here in this position. I was if I said no on that day and it was very impulsive decision that will change your life will change it. I think so much. So so much. It's helped me in school at all cuz it's helped me in ways. I've spoken to so many different people. I never even thought about speaking to if it wasn't. You might like it, you might love it. You might need at least, you know what you were going to do is going to give you a new experience, you might

find it. What would you say as a group of girls who have made it is definitely a new experience that. I'm I'm pretty sure many of them would have experienced before because you and from the experience to develop so many different skills on. Like it's given me a new viewpoint on musically on technology and how it was before the hackers on. It said I didn't know how to color it in twice and I didn't know how that went into developing an app and the whole process was going through it. And I I can't say that I did quite like the process because it

was new to me and it's the stool me different skills like time management and organization things like that. Like Andy skill is also a fundamental to the Future especially when it comes to getting a job. Biker. You teaches you a lot of newspapers in the opportunities and yes, it's really good. What about you? What was your highlight and why would anyone else? See what you've done? I think that Jordan has someone's exact said if you'll answer so so much and

you get exposed to go to different people and I'm just kind of like a domino effect like the house of pain med me to do so many more different things. I haven't done anything to do with text before. I would just say we forever sisters and Hannah. Do you want to finish us off? And then I'll be like Definitely, I already think they should be like a cone of uncertainty School way. I think we like since we just learned off of how old listen to teach Toki, which is helpful, but I don't think it's as beneficial, beneficial as

hack phones. All and have two phones. We rarely watch independently by the same time. You can also help when you need it and it's just like an active learning process. You can jump into Avenue one and then that should be anything. Sorry, I'm lost question band Before I Let You Go very amazed. What are you going to do to help deliver a better world and what else do you need from the industry, do you want to begin? I think we should really just takes more opportunities and use them to inspire others like this one hacked on.

We did, we can now Inspire others like we're now able to speak at where Abel speak had, and we can Inspire other young people and or we can just you can, I think you should really take small opportunities because Can you see the question? My mind has gone blank. I think what we should do to try and develop as a while and see how different the pool is. Basically, for the little things you have to stop by creating hurtful harm but we are we have to try and make a difference in Revenue way we can with her. It's like

will not in me cover times but I would have said if it's holding the door for the past behind you or anything. Just trying to make a good. My thing is, what about you in order to make deliver a basketball. You have to believe in everything and that everything happens for a reason because without it even get you're not going to be able to get anywhere because you're not really having faith in what you're doing and that that just makes it was pointless innocence. So you really do have to believe that everything you do and everything. You everyone

you meet happens for a reason and also helps you to be able to achieve what you want to achieve to be able to make the world a better place. And we have met really inspiring people along the way. And we are so lucky for that because that has also given us a guy to be able to see what we can do to improve. The different things in the world. And Hannah. What about you or? I think we should really take some opportunities to show a slide because they didn't really have a big impact and as well as that we should do

with support each other in the aqueduct, we've had a Little Help from our mentors and without them, I think we wouldn't have went have gone as far as we did with it for him and we both are just like when Austin can use a testing every single weapon in really did add up to the big picture up. So I think you should take small communities and also trying to help people whenever you got time FreeStyle. I think that we should just one lad listen. Because there are so many voices are so many people. I'm talking about. The problems are going to want to go out for some climate

change. What we can do is, listen to all of these problems and think to ourselves, we had we had that problem and came together to help and just as we've done that, and now her, Hey, Google Hampton. I'll go out and help so many people. I just think a few people with the same kind of mindset to create that change and really pretty, if that's who I was. But one of us in the future, Remind me, I am incredibly signed by all four of you. And I am sure the audience at have been inside as well because truly, you are the role models and you are the future of

time. You will be designing and Shay think of the wealth of Maurice. So I'm so grateful. You have joined me today for you. And we will end up the armed estimate. I hope everyone enjoyed it. And I know they have and I will be seeing you guys. And she should have the phones. Thank you so much for joining me.
