Good afternoon, everyone. I'm honored to be here, exciting times. I can feel a buzz, I really, really feel the buzz to I can't be more honored to be speaking in front of all of you today at such a historic time today. I want to share my vision of a new Financial system. The next financial system, a tokenized financial system, Does introduction on the CEO of tokenized. So we are a company that addition to developing and supporting the tokens protocol which is an open source solution to anyone can use and which businesses are using today and developing

products for. We also have a product of a building which is part of our company and I'll share more details about that or progress of the ends. So, here's here's the grand thesis for this particular event of thinking, what my contention is a my feet. This is a Bitcoin will become the real time gross settlement system. So every single Financial instrument, the transactions involved in them every single, the commercial record will be stored to the Bitcoin SV Ledger and we done in real time. I see that as an engineer with quotation marks or what I mean by that is today or within

that we get our parts out there, about 2 seconds to Global clearing and settlement in 2 seconds. As that money-maker never matures. I believe in you that down, much much further, but I won't come on the exact numbers that we think, but I can, if you'd like to come find me afterwards, we can chat about it. 126 Whittier Grosse. I'm not sure if everyone is familiar with it, but grows really means like actual settlements. So a lot of financial transactions today are done with a net basis. So what that means is you have all these essential counterparty clearing houses that are private

membership, AAA membership groups that private companies that effectively are the intermediaries. So they take on risk to make sure that both parties actually end up settling in the did not burn to such but also they provide the infrastructure and it's willing to make that happen. So, what vehicle when you see anything here? Is that every single transaction? Even a point of steel, muletail payments financial instruments. Everything can be done on a gross basis and we can no longer need these native settlement layers. The tokens protocol, what is it? And how are we in achieving this

financial system? So the protocol is an open source application layer protocol is used as the Bitcoin SV networks, you pass store in a centipede. Oh, and the data that we focus on or commercial records. So the data that essentially recordes commercial activities. Is a framework that utilizes tokens smart contracts, oracles and messages to achieve these goals. So everything is unique than a commercial record. We Define them along different lines. The tokens August event represent financial instruments and utility tokens essentially digital assets was always

controlled by smart contracts so smart contracts to find the terms and conditions by which the instruments can be traded by which the right to those tokens represent and how they're actually did the actor in the market. But we use Oracles of messages to support the system. So the messages come down and see like Edie. I purchase orders invoices, commercial communication because those have implications from a legal sense and if you own a token but you also have agreements effort to that or message, separate to that, that affects the ownership status of that will that has a legal implications and

Commercial applications. So we believe all of those records are important to be on Shane and be treated as equal class citizens of a proportion. I'm another key sort of Ward hear a phrase. We've been using the company is in Tarentum, T record-keeping. So this is the focus. This is what we mean by commercial records. We mean the records that the find the commercial relationship between two entities in the market. It is the basis of a fully functioning Financial system. So why would you do this? Why do we have for? Why should we move to a token ice pencil system on b, a c? What is a lot

of reasons? And one, most important ones that a lot of the value stems from is it as a universal source of Truth for all of these commercial records. So really, really important one. A source that everyone uses I'm just going to affect the Contracting parties are involved in physical transaction or commercial engagement but also the Auditors and Regulators in AML compliance and everything. That's required, the courts lawyers have a single source of Truth. Really, really important. We also think this is perhaps the most compelling value proposition for the VSP

Network and the reason is, is because commercial records are the most contentious and valuable class adata. I knew you couldn't even think of an extreme example of a single megabytes while representing 500 million dollar contract. So it's huge whose value can be represented it and the Integrity of that. The authenticity of it, the record, the Persistence of it and take it. All those things are very, very important and to pay a little bit extra if it ever does become the case on a dick, when I speak is Trivial in the grand scheme of things For Those About to Go property and I would

actually contend that in the long run when you really consider how the financial infrastructure we transformed by this and the interview, the guy removed from it. And a simplification of the actual infrastructure that supports all this, when all commercial record, make their way onto the SD Network, that'll actually cheaper. And as a total cost will be less than what is today. CVS Nivea VSP network is free of organizational risk and political risk. This is to do with a group of work system, the system that doesn't tie the network operations to a particular entity

and you can come and go and all the append on is that proof of work. Can they deliver the goods? Can they operate the network to the best? The best performance standards. Is a structure is incentive system that can actually overcome entropy and definitely. So the prophet mechanism built into the river system that Myers incentivize to continually upgrade improve their network operations, improved connectivity to prove their capacity for hoof improve. Their performance is all built into it and it is resistance to change. Its resistance organizational risk is really, really important. The

bsp network is unique in its ability to achieve the highest possible marks across the three categories. So that'll persistence availability. So they're going and seeing that work. Effectively has been, I had a hundred percent Outside Lands 2013 and I see no reason why that will change any time soon Integrity of it. The immutable Ledger with the chain of signatures is it incredible system to ensure that the data is it? What it's what it's supposed to do and prove it well into the future. So, there's no settlement risk of the mission before

the central counterparties. We don't need those anymore. There's, there's an argument to be made for some types of financial instrument. With that still has a place in the market, but for the most part, we can remove that. We do some roof Swift's, we no longer to leave Swiss messaging system. Network is no longer needed and he's a, he's our company's the central Clearing Houses and Swift. Did Jerry has a tremendous amount of Revenue. Those are our businesses that have a major impact on major cost on the entire Financial system. So no longer needed and even this system can go just to the

point of sale as well. So your your payment Network to Visa debit card, things like that. Just going to leave your place by that and ultimately much much lower cost. Do microtransactions microtransactions have mini, many use cases of which minions made businesses and projects. You'll see have Jeff occasion for using them. But from a financial perspective was very interesting about them is that you can have very very high the visibility with financial instruments and you can actually still distribute dividends into two payments to those assholes for the pic of financial instruments and you

do because you can actually pay small amounts to Holders to have. Maybe one share that one trillion or tutoring or 10 trillion and it can still work and a transaction fees make it worthwhile. So you can have with that incredible diversification. Even at an individual level, you can have things like single-asset holding entities even in a gig economy. Let's see how to move your car and you had a thousand people owning it across the world. Only put a few dollars in each to own that car and you had a director of that company. Use the Uber driver and took responsibility for maintaining a car and

and driving it and making money. But essentially a person to do that for many, many cards to give you a few dollars. Thousand cars or you do the house. Let's say there is a Uber or an Airbnb model where they had a corporation to Bar single apartment or house a million people. 10 million people own, that tiny fraction of this house, but each person had would diversify defrost, a thousand houses across the world in different jurisdictions, such a risk becomes a whole different thing. And again, the transaction costs make this really viable. The smart contracts, they have a

tremendous potential to make a user experience significantly improved with entitymanager Administration governance in general, contract will performance so automatically enforcing terms and conditions ensuring that you've got almost when you go bowling and got a little of the balloons in the gutters. If you can't, you can't fault. You can't get in there, you can. Aaron's, our compliance issues, she's automatically keeps you lawful compliant and within the bounds of the terms and conditions of the contract. So it's a really important thing. And I

think the user experience will become really, really appreciate it. As time goes on. When you start to see really good platforms, actually really use it and make the lights a lot easier when it comes to missing and skis. And our products, we hope to be one of the ones to show you the way. So this is a really important component of the tokens protocol that I want to like to highlight here. So they think is what separates our protocol from most token protocols and it's the request response and model. So every message Starts with a request. So the user of the contract administrator, for

example, which do you ever control the contract will publish their requests on Shane. So there's no way to censor them. As long as they can get on Shi, and they can publish their intentions, it's a pure pure model. If two people want to transact, they won't trade tokens and it's honest walk, you can both sign this message, and I can post it and no one can stop them, so they can be no record of them. Wanted to do that. I didn't respond. So that the smart contract that controls. The tokens that they're in there. I'd be exchanged. It will respond with either of a Jackson message, if that

transfer didn't comply with the terms and conditions, it was invalid, the people didn't have the tokens would have you, or if it's in the positive, it was a valid transfer. It was fun with a contract formation or a asset creation or a settlement to this is the response comes here. It's another thing to know here with our system is why a lot of different actions in operations, that cover lots of these cases and he's a really, really important for actually making this thing of viable in the market allowing Copyrights of you enforce. A lot of regulators to participate in the process of the need

to participate in to make this a viable product. So, I wants to know government operations, so that allows directors shareholders to do resolutions, on chains record it. So, it's still sit on a nest privacy to be maintained for the actions in the wheel of the directors. And shareholders can be represented immutably on Chene and and ultimately the smart contract and control their wishes and stuck the wishes on the seat of the contract. Enforcement operations. This is it important as well. This allows authorities, essentially if necessary, or even a contract, operator to freeze, and

confiscate tokens, does this critical. If you think about any Financial instrument, This is always a need for this to happen. Property rights are real and important thing in the market. There are many reasons to confiscate increase tokens and we have the full full tool set here to allow that happen. I even more importantly, we have it away for a while. The authorities that dumb make this freezer or across the station to use a public key and assign a message to effect that action. So they are held to account with respect to what they do. So if someone loses their tokens, there's a non-chain audit

trail with a signature attached to an identity, talks to an authority to see why they did it. And you cannot even hold him to account. Jesus, red conceptual view of the key components of what makes a coconut oil work. Do we have the issuing entity? For example? So they're the ones that essentially are issuing a smart contracts. You have the contract operator, which is a technical operator. This more contract, they run, they host the host of smart contract, essentially. Then you've got the contract itself, which is acting as an agent on behalf of the issuing entity.

And then you got the contract administrators, which may be board of directors or someone that they nominate to administer contract or shareholders as. And you got Auditors identity oracle's essentially e-link real world identities that have been verified through kyc, verification process to, on changing addresses or locking scripts call again, we can have multiple to account. If there's ever an issue about who owns what or a dispute. You can actually link it to a real person and pursue them. Legally. Did any Oracle is also benefit or

database? So that the private personal information is off chain but they're the ones that can work with Auditors and government agencies to give contacts and two ads. You know who the people are involved in it at my transactions. One on chained to the Auditors. For example, using identity Oracle, as well as the Bitcoin Network to be able to establish what has happened. Of course, government agencies can interact in the same as an auditor would through the identity Oracle Oracle, as we imagined to be highly highly regulated, and we also have AML compliance types processes as

part of their operations, or the old contracted on some agreement. Event oracle's. So we built into protocol the way to include events financial data sports events, the results of the sport whatever whether you can feel the contract. So that the conditions of a particular contract or the transfer of a token and be dependent on the resultant event Oracle, and you have many ventricles, just like you have a mini identity oracle's attached to a single smart contract that allows the market to decide how the businesses operate food, does it. And how many Does an example of sort of

the, the conceptual control control structure of the token, at 4 to call an example here, that I've used is an entity contract. So, a company for example, or trust our partnership views, here's a company. And now she'll even called him a company Constitution. And shareholder agreement is easiest to documents that kind of Define accompany who's in it, how the company operates for the purposes of it on the left, you got your contract administrators, which will likely be or can be anyone, but likely be like a CFO CEO of some type of seats weed executive and we got there a little

squares as 2/3 is what that represents is a multi-city rangement, so you can use full dick lined script to control issue instructions, effectively to Smart contract. So special signatures multi, see if you made a mistake, any of that, part of the protocol. What concert is in response to the instructions of the contract, administrators, and effects. This changes the other people to affect any changes are the actual directors and shareholders, their parties, this contract. And they do. So by issuing transfer request hotels in the end of the settlements in votes when they, when

they voting rights. So the arrow is going to dictate the control classes. Different shareholders, have those. But I've also got a board of directors, a membership token. Then the poor quality of membership tokens. That allows directors, for example, or other special Representatives. Do you have voting rights on Chene and to have that effect change? And we control the smart contact lens again? There's another example. No, use case. So this is a currency token or currency contract. So, is example, if the bank of England wanted to run a smart contract

to issue, currency tokens, the pound sterling, It might look something like this is very crude and room entry, but it's just the way to get you thinking. So again you got your multisig but in this case you going to accumulate, I'm only 6. We've gotten or Arrangement so it can be a multi, say goodbye to the contract administrator to the core directors, or can be a software agents that affect certain control over certain events or it can be some of the committee or can be any combination that you can do the other bank. So you can have a central bank digital currency that has many, many

banks involved in issuing tokens with a currency managing the money supply is actively You can see down there below Authority. Oracle affecting the Steve the contract through signatures on chain as part of the particle. As I mentioned before the courts, again, like court orders and then you've got the currency tokens itself, pound sterling. So, Let's not think about this at The Steve Wilkos and let's not think about this is a security. Look, think about this as really money. Money is issued by the central bank with the authority of the Central Bank. That's what you want. Me

to remove the financial system off the databases that Banks control onto the blocked in. Can we got a membership token for some directors? Again, they can if they have a mandate or policy or certain terms conditions at the fine, the way they control the currency if inmate changes to it, they can do in a public manner. That's accountable. You can record, you voted for what and what the changes and again it's more contact than a minister that automatically. So finally our company's progress. So I know a few people are impatient and I know

we're taking a little bit of time, but we have been working very, very hard. And one of the things that we've been working on and I've always held true from the very beginning that we don't want to put out a product that didn't hold the real value for mainstream people. We do not want to novelty products, we don't want to be in SLP, issuing complete nonsense tokens at waste, everybody's time. So what we were working on. It's on is actually getting a license is needed to produce while I just did a real real tokens on camera Securities, real financial instruments actually money and we are

three weeks away roughly from actually submitting. Our internal MVP just won't be public, but it's the Imani component or desktop app that has all the functionality. That has, the things needed, for real companies to actually exert control over their shares over, what not, but with Z money as the base layer. So we see this is a critical First Step. You cannot go to mainstream corporate entities today and asked him to purchase financial instruments by asking them also. Dubai. Bsv, first expose themselves to that risk and then by the connection between the what we want to do is remove

via speech to text Doc for most mainstream users. They don't even think about it. They provide all the value of ESPN network and it's still lubricate all the transactions but all they see is Imani. So that is our that, as we right now, we have an internal EP going to be sunny cfda. That's our first step. So once we get the fca's, e-money license will be moving on to a number of jurisdictions, Europe America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore as our first plan to get equipment. You any licenses after that we were releasing a non-regulated token component to it. So this is more of

a public release now. So they'll have the E money to an unregulated token, issuing functionality and this will be our public release near. The end of the year is our games where they me about November this point and on the heels of that. So as soon as we get our application, if you only like, since we will be in parallel applying for arranging license in the UK, eventually being broker-dealer licenses in the US and what the coolant type of licenses so that we can actually issued financial instruments and arrange for secondary transfers on our popcorn. So, the way the pop from the work is

that we will allow people to list opportunities private Securities. If you want to buy and sell, and we can match them up so that the arranging phone, it. But also just like the point of pewter. It would be if you want to arrange your own deals that you already have someone that worked out in the real world. You can use the platform to make that transaction. And it will be basically free like a Bitcoin transaction. So that's where you at. We're very, very excited to share with you what we're doing. By all means, come by the booth come have a chat, we have things that we can share them to show

you. There's some things behind the scenes if you're the right person, if you're interested in looking at that, but thank you very much your time. Fighting Tommy Jackson, hit the coin gate.com and I'm here with James building from it. Take a nice lovely to have you over here. If so tell me how things have evolved since then, So we've been taking the tokens protocol which is our submission to the contest among slaves and improving it developing adding features to improve

the scalability of it and getting out of the community. So we've been helping other businesses integrate with their systems and platforms and explain how it works and basically battle testing in the real world before to call. We have a company that's actually developing a product to take advantage of it. So I bought a Altima is going to be a fintech out if you will, that aims to management are potential life inside of it. But we're basing it or a different doctor is a busy on it. So nice protocol, so that currency tokens. Lucky Money financial

instruments, utility tokens to all be represented on the bsp chain and control my smart contracts. Since the menu stuff is coming out. What about on the horizon? Can you see in the next couple years, things that you want to achieve your, so we'll be releasing a public version of our off-duty of the year. That's when our licenses come through. So don't Easy money will be looking to do a toe conditions platform as part of our offering so near about there as well will have some of the non-regulated functions and then hot on its heels in the months after likely q22 while the financial management

platform as well. Busy man, watch this space.
