Mike leads a London and Tokyo-based team of strategists, researchers and designers to deliver the best digital experience for Nissan Shoppers and owners in 60+ countries worldwide. I'm going to talk. About the business case for us with a specific angle around as working as a design leader inside of a company. How can you get support for ux from Business Leaders in your company? And there are many companies that are design, native. They were born from design. It's part of the DNA. And us is something that is understood and

valued at all levels of the company. Up to senior leadership and the c-suite. There other companies, on the other hand, that maybe are a bit older. Decades-old traditional industries that you ex is not part of the DNA and it becomes a bit more of a journey for those companies to build the u.s.
