About the talk
In this session, we will share mindsets that help yield quality customer insights for the fast-paced and tech-enabled decade to come. A sample of our top ten mindsets include working openly and collaboratively (knowing that you can’t do it all alone!), taking educated risks (trust your own ideas, past experience and instincts), and moving quickly (if we fail, let’s do it fast and move on). Examples and exercises will be shared for how to put these mindsets to practice and begin generating powerful insights that advance customer experiences. Participants will leave inspired to explore and experiment with their teams and organizations!
