About the talk
The day-to-day operations of a retail liquor business are complex and require the availability of up to date and relevant information and tools to help grow margin, profitability and ultimately to run a successful business, including having access to reliable data and insights.
As the world becomes smarter, data becomes the key to competitive advantage, meaning a company’s ability to compete will increasingly be driven by how well it can leverage data, apply analytics and implement new technologies.
All businesses, small and large are becoming increasingly aware that having access to reliable data and insights help them to more effectively map the performance of the company, improve the customer experience, make decisions quicker and solve problems faster, measure the success of the company and employees, and better understand your customers, the market and the competition.

View the profileClients love it when I help them solve complex strategic business challenges. I’ve done this in large enterprises across Asia-Pacific in energy, utilities, government, defence, and financial services sectors and in the startup ecosystem. Working with business leaders to solve their problems, I have a consultative, customer-first approach bringing deep insight into complex situations and technology. Having broad practical experience, and a passion for innovation and technology, I bring a variety of concepts and methodologies to deliver successful outcomes. As a Babel fish (universal translator) I bridge the gap between business leaders and technical implementation. I thrive within the ecosystem of agile business transformation driven with technology and am at ease working with the C-suite level, through to technical depths, and out to the front lines. Traversing all areas allows me to orchestrate the activities of stakeholders to attain customer success. Experience highlights: * successful program delivery and strategic account turnaround * building and expanding tech and data related businesses in Asia-Pacific * building and growing strong business partner networks
